This new Pomona location is better, but still on the dodgy side. I got the breast/wing combo ($10.25). The chicken is excellent, but the sides aren’t great. The beans are overcooked (mushy), the potato salad has little flavor (salt and pepper needed ?), and the flour tortillas were “sticky” (too wet). Service was fast, but glad I didn’t decide to eat there as the eating area music was way too loud. Recommended for the chicken only. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Ok the last review I left for Juan Pollo was a bad one I'm very happy the owner reached out to me regarding my review of this establishment. I waited about a week then I returned to see if the customer service was going to be great or the same horrible like my last visit. Andrew who was the cashier was very nice great customer service welcomed with a smile not just from him but also the young man who was cleaning so because there service was so great I left the young men 20$ tip I wanted them to see that with Great customer service your tip jar can get some great tips . The food was delicious as always fresh and hot Smokey recommends Juan Pollo 5 stars ✨ tell them Smokey sent you Tu SABES Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chicken is good but the sides are off. The rice has too much green onion and the potato salad was not like other locations. This is the second time trying this location and the sides were off the first time too. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The food is so not good thats why the Restaurant is empty the restrooms where out of service so kind of wondering how they wash there hands Bones in the chicken bowl with there ground up chicken so bad no flavor and all it was was a bowl of rice the soda was warm thos place is definitely 2 thumbs down don't eat here terrible Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I was so excited to go to this location. I have always loved their potato salad and the chicken. The potato salad had zero flavor, it was like eating mashed potatoes with green onions. The chicken was subpar, looked like the chicken had been starved before it was cooked. The music was so loud, I could barely hear the girl taking our order. Too bad. The food is delicious—usually some of the best rotisserie chicken you can get, although once in a while I've gotten one from here that was on too long and is dry and mushy. The inside of this restaurant is kind of a dive, but this is one of our go-to to-go places. I used to call my order ahead, but my friends pointed out recently that their service is so fast, you really don't need to. Turns out they were right!

This is a brand new Juan Pollo Chicken Restaurant on Foothill Blvd between Towne and Garey. It is clean. The chicken is DELICIOUS! The mild salsa is out of this world. I highly recommend going here for lunch or dinner.
