A family restaurant in Gotanda city at Shinagawa district. The restaurant ambience is ok, not the best looking ones compared to other Jonathan's locations. However, I found the robot cat waiter cute and interesting, and thought of the poor students who have lost part time jobs for robots. The servers were the best or friendliest because they were few and busy. The food quality was mediocre and catered for kids. Their foods are focused on low cost and speed delivery. Their drink is good and value for money. I would only go to one of these chain restaurants unless I must, or if meet friends with kids. Wasn’t expecting much, and the restaurant didn’t disappoint! People seem to love this establishment, so thought I’d give it a try, but unfortunately I wasn’t added to that community. What you’d expect from an American-esque, family diner type of place, with slightly tacky decor and below average food.
