Do not miss this unassuming food trailer on the side of PR-2 in Hatillo. Their amazing artisan bread and baked goods are freshly made with love each day. Excellent coffee. Large portion sizes for the price. I suggest trying the Bori ham and grilled cheese, the breakfast sandwich and make sure you go early so you can grab one (or, in my case-two) of their giant chocolate chip cookies-they are legendary.

Super yummy, small batch baked goods! Their bread is the best tasting artisan bread I've ever had. And their prices are great (specially if you compare them to similar shops in the metropolitan area)
Absolutely brilliant. Within seconds of ordering I could smell the aroma of my food emanating from the kitchen, because I got here EARLY that is. If you don't like to wait, come early, and whether you come early or later, if you have to wait then do, quality takes time, people. The cheese danish was by FAR the best I've ever had, do yourself a favor, stop going to those god awful chain "bakeries", and come here, it's a bit more, but worth it. The carrot pancakes were divine, I'm not a fan of breakfast foods strictly speaking, but I will be order these again at some point. And the grilled cheese is the star of everything, I rarely eat anything without protein (meaning meat), but this grilled cheese is a revelation, (I think the only thing it's missing is some fleur de sel sprinkled on top), it may deserve an award, and I'm not exaggerating. The verdict, just GO, wake up early like I did and start the day of on a delicious note.
Stopped by for coffee and pastries. The “mallorca” pastry was one of the best I have ever had; pillowy, moist and warm, with just the right sweetness. Excellent coffee. A must visit for foodies!

I’m from NYC and I’m obesses with this place. The bread is top TIER. All the food slaps. The carrot cake pancakes are AMAZING. Omelette cookies bagels no bad choices and I know bagels. I highly recco!
Delicious! Awesome sourdough bread. Cuban sandwich was delicious, brioche franch toast scrumptious. We ordered on our way (30 minutes ahead) and food was hot and ready when we got there from Vega Baja.
Very nice place to eat. Food is prepared fresh when you order. Bread and pastries are homemade.. Pastrami sandwich is a must eat at this place. Prices are affordable and service is friendly and courteous.
