We went here right after lunch time, and we had a great time here. Good coffee, good pastries, and good atmosphere. The indoor is not really big but they had really a big space in the ouside.

We re family of 4 & came as International tourists. We came to this place for our Christmas day. We came in the evening around 3 or 4 pm to 5 pm. We came here bcause we wanted to experiences a very beautiful natural views w pretty flowers. Although we have read the review & acknowledged that the beverages here are a bit pricey compared to other places in Dalat, we re don't mind about it bcause our 1st purpose to come is for the cafe's warm & cozy vibes w great views & spend our family time.
The staff who handled our orders was friendly although he knows only little English.
All things went well until the time we re about to leave (we re waiting for our Grab car to pick us up.) We re waiting inside the cafe bcause the weather was getting colder outdoor. Our children re busy taking pictures as this cafe has beautiful Christmas decorations.
My husband also asked me to take a quick photo on the brown door (staff door) next to a wood-glass door which people going indoor and outdoor the cafe. There is also a standing booth/table, which contains of a glass kettle/water dispenser w faucet, placed between the brown staff door & that wood-glass door. After he finished took a picture of me, I think, if not mistaken remember, I was about to move forward & I slinged my bag's stripe over my body, did not remember that there is that glass water kettle dispenser behind me. If it wasn't mistaken, there's also a staff would like to come inside & therefore I was tried to move quickly. Without knowing it OR without purposely doing it, my bag's stripe (my bag is a body sling bag), was stucked on that glass kettle/dispenser water's faucet and it was moving forward together with me. I was shock & turned my myself, tried to see what happened, and tried to catch that standing booth/table & anything as many things as possible. Luckly that standing booth/table and I didn't fall but my hands could not catch that glass water kettle/dispenser. It fell to the floor & broken.
One staff asked if I were OK, thanks for that concern. My husband &children re shocked too. Then my husband asked that staff what about that broken water kettle/dispenser. He said he was going to call his boss.
Then we waited for quite long time until he came out with the handphone and advised us to pay VND 1.082.542 .... We re shocked! Then we read the information from his handphone with a google translation about that related product was from China (like the staff's boss said), but that product was written VND 578.000. We asked why the shipping costs re so high, he could not explained. What we know that shipping costs from China is normally not high or even free with 3-4 weeks lead time (we also often do shopping from China). Unless it is expedited/express service or by air shipping, that would be very high.
We re asked to wait again for quite long time. Then he came again with his boss was on the handphone and talked to my husband. The boss, she talked as if we, the cafe's customers, did not want to be responsible. My husband told her that we re willing to be responsible, thats why we re waited for total perhaps about 30 minutes (we cancelled our grab car order because of this). We explained in good words to the boss what we knew, about what had happened, that it was an accident and not purposely deed (not intentionally act.) We asked why the shipping costs re so high. However, it seems the boss did want to explain about it. We ended up we pay the VND 1.082.542 in cash for a glass kettle dispenser with faucet made in China and with that high shiping costs to Vietnam (city of Dalat.)
Many cities in Vietnam that have great coffee shops that we visited within these 15 days. We re happy being in Vietnam so far. However, our precious Christmas 2023 day and also our 15 days Vietnam trip, was ended up with this bad experiences which made us very sad. We re still could not believe what had happened. We re dissapointed by this cafe's way of settling & handling our accident.

The place is super cute and pretty but arrived around 3pm there was 0 pastries remaining…considering this a coffee and that they close at 6:30 kind of weird to be out of it the early.
Ordered matcha but it’s kind of mid as there is more water than matcha.
Overall it’s pretty if you want to take cute pics but the rest is mid.

Although the entrance of the cafe is very steep but it's worth it as you can see the view full of mountains and flowers. The Korean-style decor is so cute and perfect for Instagram-loving people. The coffee and drinks are delicious and I love it.

The atmosphere is really nice, it a nice place to take photos but that's about it. We ordered two Matcha drinks and they were both of poor quality. The matcha latte was greenish yellow and way too sweet (even though I had asked for it to not be). We had come to enjoy a few pastries as well but they had none. How can a café not even have a cookie in the middle of the afternoon?? You can't just rely on the instagramablity of your establishment.
