That's a good idea to order perfectly cooked chao, spicy chicken and taiyaki. Some guests like great jasmine milk tea, bubble tea or fruit tea at JJ Boba. Quick service, great tea selection, friendly staff. They have an adorable little post-it wall going, small trinkets and stuffed animals for sale, and a great tea sampler station. I got the crispy chicken here twice, and both times it made me sick. Also, the cups on their display that are probably used for their fruit teas had moldy fruits in it. Pretty disappointed, as I did enjoy their milk tea. Service Dine in Price per person $1–10 Recommended dishes Crispy Chicken

Was sad to see that Cha For Tea fell victim to the pandemic as it was the closest decent boba shop near work. Glad to have JJ Boba fulfill the location under new ownership. Expect to have the same high quality boba and food as the previous ownership. The boba was fresh and still warm!

Everything here is gonna be pretty great. You can't go wrong with anything that's already popular, (marked with 👍 on the menu) i enjoyed my 1st drink (strawberry slush with boba) so much I got a second (Mango green tea with lychee) and I have no regrets. Also got the fried chicken (they let you choose your spice level 0-5) and it was yummy. The fried tofu wasn't bad either! So if you're vegetarian, you can enjoy this place too. Love that they have free samples incase you're not sure. (Also its a great place just to hang out since they have Jenga if you're gonna sit for a while with friends.) Always enjoyed coming here, the quality hasn't changed since after the name change or since the pandemic. Their non-milk tea fruit varieties are always refreshing (Peach Passion Green Tea middle and Lychee Black Tea right). Generally I like boba milk tea but for JJ Boba I make an exception. Boba is excellent, sweet and chewy. Their popcorn chicken is also good. While delicious, some of their teas are very sweet, would recommend half sugar (especially for the Roasted Brown Sugar Boba Latte pictured left).

Ordered thai milk tea with boba, perfect sweetness not too sweet. You can customize your sweetness preference. Also had a popcorn chicken sample, it was very good! Service was very quick, ordered at 11am and got my order in less than 10 mins. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
