I had a wonderful Valentine's Day experience at Jinya Ramen Bar with my kids. Despite the busy holiday crowd, the staff provided excellent service, making sure everyone felt welcome and taken care of. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy, perfect for a family outing. The food and the atmosphere are good, but the service was great! The staff is very friendly, everyone greats you with a loud warm welcome. I don't remember any of the names of the dishes or drinks, but if you bump into Rose, the friendly server, she will be able to recommend the house favorites. We took her advice and ordered all of her personal recommendations, we were NOT disappointed. She helped us have a great time there! Highly recommend this place to come and enjoy. Ramen is life. This place never disappoints!! Spicy Chicken Ramen with added Fried Onions and fresh Garlic. Crispy Chicken is an ABSOLUTE MUST !!! Lychee Mango Margarita was out of this world. Had a great time coming to JINYA, our server Lily and her trainee Abby were great... We normally order online but with this great service and atmosphere, we will be definitely coming back to dine in!! Make sure to try the drink of the day, I had the Strawberry Lychee Mule and it was great! The atmosphere right off the bat is great. The ramen lacked depth and left something to be desired. The ramen labeled as spicy is not spicy. on top of that it cost extra if you want more spicy sauce. The egg was perfectly cooked. But of the four ramens we tried they lacked any real depth that would keep me coming back for more. After two bites i was bored. It is certainly not worth the cost. im from austin and we love the jinya at the domain. since we’re visiting houston, we had to try the jinya here. and oh my goodness. this one in houston is soooo much better. the service was way better. our host recommended the strawberry lemon drop which was so yummy. and serena was such a great server! she took care of us well! PLUS the place and atmosphere was unexpected for me because it’s so much bigger and vibey-er than the one in austin. austin domain spot needs to get like this spot. First off, shout out to our server Serrina! She was awesome! As for the food and the setting, both were great! My gf and I got the Jinya Bun, Pork Chasu Bowl, and the Kara Men and all dishes were SLAPPIN (slappin = very good). This place is a must have experience. Highly recommend for date night, lunch, dinner, or if you ever feel the need to treat yourself to something tasty 😋. You’re welcome 😎. Forgot to take a picture of the Jinya Bun, i ate it as soon as it got to the table. It didn’t stand a chance 😅.
