Chimneysweeps is what you should see after having a meal at Jing Bin Lou. The menu of this restaurant is recommended to Chinese cuisine lovers. Make a change from your traditional meal and order good sweet & sour chicken, duck and spring rolls at Jing Bin Lou. Select between indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is said to be courteous here. Service at this place is something one can name cool. Prices here are reported to be attractive. You will certainly like the lovely atmosphere. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Tasty fresh food, good playlist, friendly staff. For us this is the best Chinese food in Klaipeda. We were there on a Sunday for lunch and the restaurant was nearly full. A surprisingly good experience and we will return. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Asian food restaurant in a city centre. Prices are relatively high, around 12 - 19 EUR per portion. Side dishes cost extra. However portions are well sized and one small portion with 1-2 side dishes is enough for 2 people to eat. Overall positive experience. Perhaps general atmosphere could be improved but that is a purely matter of taste. Reccomended. There are some worse asian food restaurants in Klaipeda. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €25–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Expensive bad food if you can even call it that. The rice was dry and undercooked, you could barely taste the meat since its thin and cooked with cheap oil. Also later it felt like we got food poisoning. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €20–25 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
Ordered chicken Gaobao, got sweet and sour chicken instead which was awfully bad imitation of Chinese food. By the way rice is not sticky and probably is the cheapest kind they were able to find yet still you have to pay 2 euros 50ct
This used to be a good restaurant until about last autumn. Now food is terrible. The worst sweet & sour chicken in my life. Deep fried chicken with a spoon of something that tastes like tomato sauce from the shop. Nothing even close to Chinese sweet & sour sauce. Dishes come without rice by default. Had heartburn after eating just a few pieces, which suggests poor quality oil was used for frying. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
Average food, you would expect a lot more for the price. The salad-5,90€, chicken-12,80€. The rice seemed over cooked. Not impressed...
Great place to eat for the whole family. The food is delicious! Will come back. :) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Crispy Chicken
The cherry chicken was dry and does not taste like freshly made, the big portion was huge. We also had Tom Yum soup, which was less like soup and more like pasta with sauce and lots of prawns. Would not come back for Chineese food. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €15–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
So back in the days this place was great, but they lost the soul what made them great. Servings became smaller, even rice as shown in the picture is not intended to be eaten with the chopsticks. Bartenders are grumpy now. I would recomend to come here if you wish to experience the atmosphere and depression of cafe. On the other hand, Kafka would enjoy this place and find peace dining here.
Ordered pork gua bao (for 4 people), extra rice and fries, the fries were soaked in oil, the rice had no seasoning was dry and cold while the pork gua bao had virtually no meat, seasoning and was bassicly tasteless, all for 27 euros. Worst Chinese food i ever ate. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
