Well executed "diner style" burger. Juicy with a nicely developed crust from the flat top, properly seasoned, fresh veg and a toasted bun. Fries were coated, crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside and seasoned well. I didn't try any loaded fries on this visit but with the base this good, they can handle the load. I drove 20 minutes for this . Old wings . They were supposed to be lemon pepper but it’s non existent. I had 4 lemon pepper one of which I gave away …all 4 were dried out and old with barely any lemon pepper on them and 4 honey gold . They were mediocre, the same old wings , the sauce saved them a bit. The fries and burgers for the others were hot , the fries were the only thing cooked fresh to order . ***** EDIT - I have edited my review because the owner was very apologetic of my experience and wanted to make it right. He represented his business as all business owners should and for that, I have updated my review because it is a rarity that reviews are responded to and even more rare that a contact is given to call to speak with the actual owner of the establishment. The mushroom and Swiss burger is DELICIOUS. It's probably my favorite burger in tupelo! The specialty fries are also always great. They are never skimpy on the amount of topping in their milkshakes either! It's definitely worth a visit if you've never been. I was soooooo hyped up about this place after all the good reviews and food critics visits...I ordered a cheeseburger and fry combo... I pulled away, and took a bite of my burger and it was STONE COLD...BUN, PATTY stuck together stone 🥶 🧊. I literally couldn't believe it. Very sad, but hey the fries were Luke warm and the drink was good. Sorry to be a Debbie downer but it was lowsy. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We stopped here on our way down to Pensacola Florida and we're so glad we did! We ordered the buffalo wings and stickey Asian wings, as well as a cheeseburger and cotton candy softserve. The burger was great because of the unique flavor, and the soft serve was some of the best we've ever had. We expected the cotton candy to be overwhelming but it was very mild, just the right amount of flavor. The gentleman who took our order, who we assume is the owner, was very friendly; we would recommend this place to anyone! Can't wait for our next vacation so we can swing by and try more menu items! 😁

Honestly, the best burger in Tupelo! Got the Big Kahuna Fries to go with my burger and it was amazing. It’s now my “go to” place! Also due to this location being a walk up with outside tables and drive thru only restaurant, the atmosphere was left blank but the restaurant was very clean and the staff was so kind and courteous! While in Tupelo for work, I stumbled upon this spot. What caught my eye was that they had Italian beef sandwiches on the menu (I'm an original Midwest girl, IYKYK). But when I got to the order board, the rib tips screamed my name. I ordered the plate with the fries and baked beans. The plate was a little over $17, drink not included. What I loved about the food was that the tips were unsauced. The beans had ground beef in them and were flavorful and not too runny. The fries were hot and fresh. So the food gets a 5/5. The service, on the other hand, not so much. The woman who took my order did not greet me, she simply came on the mic and said, "Go ahead", and didn't give me a total after I ordered. Instead she just told me to pull forward. I still wasn't greeted when I got to the window. She just opened the window, told me the total, took my card, swiped it, and handed it back to me. I asked for a receipt so that I could get reimbursed by my job. She sighed audibly, closed the window, then came back with it and the food and just handed out the window. All in all, the food was great, the service left much to be desired. Would I return? For those rib tips, yes. I just won't have much expectation for the service.
