I order to have delivered when I forget my lunches and they have continued to bring me happiness in a bag! My delivery driver always texts to let me know when he drops off my order and is super friendly when I do meet them at the door when I can. Crazy fast service and absolutely beautiful build for a tuna in rich. The girls there ROCKED it. I had bought a wrap from somewhere else and gave it to my children when my husband got in the car with his undying, I had to go get one too. His was the top photo, and mine is the bottom 2. Yummy

This place sucks at this location workers add extra ingredients to your sandwich and I’m pretty sure they don’t clean they’re work area because me n my family got food poisoning and jimmy johns should be thankful I rate them and let them know instead of suing them Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bummed-order off! I ordered a turkey unwich with tomatoes but no mayonnaise. And then ordered another turkey but it’s with the avocado spread. #12 There was no one in the restaurant, so no pressure. But they got the order completely wrong. And of course we drove away and got home and were so disappointed. I just don’t get it. Making a sandwich is not complicated. Get it right! Every time I order from this location they always forget something! This time they forgot the chips and still get charged for everything it’s annoying. I would not recommend their delivery service from this location. The one downtown is great.

Just talked to the manager Garrett, I’m keeping my receipt and dating it with your name, I better be credited 67.10 sense you’re able to not refund and screw up every sandwich and take an hour and a half and tell me oh I find it hard to believe that happens, if I’m not credited next time I come in or it’s missing I’m going to file a lawsuit because I’ve take photos of the sandwiches, this was not freaky fast, not freaky affordable or freaky impressive. Nor were the last three times, I hope you actually credit me like you say, don’t take jimmy johns and run their name in the dirt. Summer is going to be way faster yall better get prepared. Food was great! They got the order correct even with all of our customizations. We learned that there is an option to not have the bread scooped out. My daughter wants in on the bread they do scoop out! I ordered online and waited about 20 minutes for confirmation that it was complete. I decided to just go there and it was ready waiting for me. Even after picking up, the app did not indicate that my order had been completed. Not a big deal, but it is a useful tool that would be a great help if they used it. Thanks for the great lunch!

My first time ever at jimmy johns was today. The sandwich was great! And the customer service was the Best I've ever had! Aaron isn't paid enough for the 11/10 service he provides. He was patient, kind, funny, and gave service with a smile from start to finish. Well done jimmy John's. I'll definitely be stopping by again my next time in town! Also, I did enjoy the free smells.

Consistency is the name of the game in national chain restaurants. This location has time after time nailed my order and delivered high quality food in a prompt manner. In the years they've been in business they haven't goofed a single order for me or my family. It's truly quite impressive.

Never had an order get delivered properly, either they are 45 minutes late or I'm missing part of my order. Can't express how disappointed and frustrated I am dealing with service like this. Food is good but if you order delivery it's gonna be at least a half hour before you see your food
