Disappointing Customer Service at this Jimmy John's
I’m leaving this in hopes someone in management sees this and corrects things.
I've been a loyal Jimmy John's customer for years and have always enjoyed the consistent quality of their sandwiches. However, my experience at this particular location left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated.
The sandwiches here were as good as always - fresh, well-prepared, and just as I've come to expect from any Jimmy John's location. But it was the staff that ruined my experience here. They were rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them just by placing my order.
From the moment I walked in, I was met with a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. The employees were not only unapproachable, but also seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me. It's as if my presence was bothering them, and I’m somehow disrupting them by placing an order.
While I understand that fast-food workers have a lot on their plate, this was far from the friendly, efficient service I've encountered at other Jimmy John's locations. And there were absolutely zero other customers inside the place when I went.
It's such a shame that the there’s an owner with a great restaurant at this location being overshadowed by the terrible customer service. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of this and works towards improving their staff's attitude towards customers.

A no brainer for a great sandwich! The Unwhich is great for people eating Keto.

I eat at Jimmy John’s often, their sandwiches never disappoint and the customer service is great. I am always greeted when I come through the door, I was surprised one day when I walked in and was greeted by my first name. Today I placed an online order for pick up, well when I got to my car it would not start, I called the store to let them know I was unable to come pick my order up, Brent told me not to worry that he would bring my lunch to me at work!!!

I pop in quite often at this location. Fast, fresh, friendly. Very consistent as well. The parking is a bit challenging at times, but worth it.

We were glad to see Jimmy John's return to Biloxi and both times since open the sandwiches are great however, we are well within 2 miles from them, but we were told they don't deliver to us though they did a month ago. Also, the phone in orders are very odd "if" you can get through. There is no message that it's a place of business. My recommendation for Jimmy John's is to deliver within 5 miles like you state you do, and you will do more business and change the website to reflect that for online orders!
My friend needed to go to cricket for her phone - I was hungry, so I went to the location at 2348 Pass Rd Ste A, Biloxi, MS 39531. I was impressed on how friendly the staff was & how they worked together - Also I was also impressed how clean the restaurant was - even the restroom (handy-capped accessible). Whitney , my order taker was very friendly & helpful. Great experience - Highly recommend this restaurant.

The food is great and the people are friendly. My only complaint is that they charge for a water cup. I've been given the little plastic one once, but since then, they always tell me they don't have them. It's only a quarter, but it still bugs me that I have to pay for something that I can get for free at any other fast food place.
