It has a new name called Early Bird they are friendly and a great selection to pick from. I tried one of their apple fritters and they make them like I like them. I don't like them full of fluff with so very little apple in them. These were perfect. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent donuts, great coffee, and a warm atmosphere. Easily beats any chain donut place, and is a leader in the area. We come in, on average, every-other Sunday morning. Unfortunately I have to dock a star because their donuts have changed recently. While they're still amazing, the bars seem to be getting smaller and the donuts seem to be getting left out as if they expected a rush that didn't come. Really though it's not as bad as it sounds, just an observation I made. Still the best around and I love this place.

Jim and Jan's is a great place for your early morning fresh donut fix! I recommend the maple bars and apple fritters. Staff always friendly and coffee's good and hot. A Four Star review because they don't accept EBT...

All I heard this morning was "donuts!". It was getting late, but fortunately for us we came upon this tucked away location. Not many donuts left as they were going to close soon. Having sold out of most of my favorites, there they were wrapped in tissue paper, the most absolutely luscious chocolate covered delicate bar filled with a not overly sweet creamy custard. Wow. It makes me wonder what other delights await the early riser.

As they have a good selection of different types of doughnuts, would have liked to have had the more traditional ones available. Price is ok

The donuts look like my four year old put the toppings on and they taste like they are two days old. A great donut shop doesn't charge that amount of money per donut and this place has no buissness charging anything close to that amount. Worse donut shop I ever gone to!

My family loves these donughts! They are the best in oroville for sure! The cinnamon donugts are my fave! The only issue ive ever had was them running out of donughts pretty early in the morning, but besides that, no complaints!

Really yummy donuts. Some specialty donuts. Icecream donuts in the summer time. I only wish they were open 24/7
