The employees at this donut shop have always been so kind and generous! I recently became a regular when my partner started working nearby, so we swing by everyday before work— i love that i see them making fresh donuts daily! They’ve even modified breakfast sandwiches for me to ensure that I could still enjoy it, despite my pork allergy (no ham/bacon, sub w turkey)! Everyone is friendly and i’ve even been given free fresh donuts during a few of my visits. The customer service I received from this Brea Donut House was awesome! Our school event was a success, and would not have been possible without the owner and his family team. Event planning exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with Jax Donut House again! On behalf of the local teachers and students I hosted on 12/22/22, I want to give a HUGE THANKS to this amazing local business!

Love Jax Donuts!! Their donuts are always FRESH, and they are super friendly family owned! HONEST, down to earth people. I always come here for family and church events! They also sell breakfast sandwiches, and scratchers (lottery) I appreciate this business because they also help the brea Citizen center and i love that they give back to the community! And for those complaining about a service charge get over it, EVERY PLACE charges that now. Its not a big deal when youre getting great products ( food etc!!!)

Wow, yesterday was the first tim I tried this place, I usually stop by different donut shops just to try and I must say the donuts were pretty good, very fresh and not too pricey, they are owned by a very sweet and kind family, they even gave me a extra donut just for trying the first time, I even went back this morning for more donuts and kindness.

Don’t cash in your scratch off lottery tickets at this place. I had (3) tickets which totaled $80 but the lady claimed she didn’t receive those (3) tickets from me when she totaled my tickets up. She kept the tickets for herself and it was nothing that I could do about it. She gave me back my remaining money for my other tickets but again she kept the tickets that amounted to more money. My husband and I were regular customers and was so disappointed in this criminal behavior. We are still in disbelief that something like this could even occur. I must also add that my husband recorded me checking those (3) tickets on their machine (immediately before attempting to cash them in) because we were so excited to win so much money on scratch off tickets. We mentioned the recording to the lady but she still insisted we didn’t give her those (3) tickets. We figured apparently she needed the money more than we did. Again, we are so disappointed to be treated and cheated in this manner. We are both retired professionals and taken aback by this blatant criminal behavior. We have both said prayers for her because again apparently she needed the money more than we did. We will no longer patronize the JAX in Brea. DISAPPOINTED!!!
