The best coffee shop around. They ladies are the nicest and they are very sweet. Always are super nice and greet you with a smile! Even when it's 5am! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The employees were super sweet! I don't go out for coffee too often so I'm always awkward when I do. The baristas were very helpful with redeeming the buy one get one deal I got in a text message and had no problem merging a fee of my Java crew cards so I just had one. I definitely recommend stopping by for some good, not burnt, coffee!! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I used to frequent the Java Crew in West Salem and loved it but now I live in Keizer so this is my go to. Coffee has been pretty good but this last time I ordered a muffin and it was moldy inside...yuck. I don't think I'll be going back again.

This is without a doubt the worst location. I just ordered a large white mocha and it didn't even take them 30 seconds before they were handing me my coffee. At first I thought they were just on top of it but I was very wrong. My coffee was just warm enough to drink but by no means hot on top of it not even tasting like a white mocha.

They know my drink everytime I pull up to the window. Always happy service. ***Update*** after being a customer since they opened I've stopped being a regular customer. After the recent price increase and cutting a 24oz to a 20oz and charging more it isn't worth my time and money. They'll always be the best coffee in town, however I don't care to pay more for less now.

Simply the best coffee in Salem/Keizer! I really enjoy their iced caramel silk & iced pumpkin mochas! Super delicious & amazing taste! Staff is always friendly!

Couldn't have had a better experience. I was the only one in line to my knowledge, so traffic wasn't horrendous. I ordered a 12 oz crew brew caramel hot with a shot of espresso. Not Piping hot and it didn't seem as though it was loaded w. sugar. Thank you for your service kindly.

January 31st, morning crew, the girl in the flannel, you need to replace her. Fake conversation, fake laugh, judgy. Ordered a coffee, got a hot chocolate. This location has potential. A smart business owner needs to take it over, actually know coffee, actually train the baristas and they need to actually be genuine when conversing with paying customers. A business is for the customer getting a genuine product. Not for individuals to just collect a pay check and hang with the girls and favorite customers.

Been a customer for years, use to be real good. I went a week ago and my blended snickers didn't taste right. I've had it numerous times and this was just awful. Really disappointed. I didn't realize it until I had left headed to work and didn't have time too turn back.
