I hate to leave this review, but I feel it is very much so needed on three separate occasions I have been to the university Boulevard Location & my orders have been wrong. I am allergic to tomatoes so when I order my food I make sure to repeat no tomatoes & they still put them on my burger every time. Just went through the drive through at the Alberta City Jacks. Just got a burger. Asked for extra catsup. Got the bag, checked for the catsup. NONE there but also noticed the the burger felt cold. I opened up and the bread was hard and everything cold. They took it back and made me wait ahead and when the girl who worked at the window came and gave me the cold food brought it to me she was looking at me in a very unfriendly manner. So that’s my last time there. Last year I ordered a hand packed milk shake at the Jacks near the UA. I could see the guy making it from my car and when he scooped the ice cream it wouldn’t come out of the scoop so he used his involved fingers to get it out of the scoop! Twice!! I would not recommend anyone to apply at this location for a job! They are very unprofessional.. They hired my son and he was told he would get decent hours. Well,I guess decent hours are considered 5 hours a week & sometimes no hours for the week! They constantly change the schedule without the employees knowledge and when the employees shows up for their shift,they're told they were took off the schedule for that day! Its upsetting considering most of the time my son walk to work from home which is a lot of miles! Yesterday for payday he received a paycheck literally for 0.02$! Well,I tell you what they don't have to worry about him returning because soon as they sent him home,he walked into another establishment and was hired! So to hell with this unprofessional LOCATION!

I hate to leave sych a bad review. The breakfast crew is perfection. But past that, fire them all and do better. It's awful. Rude and awful at their job. But my breakfast is always perfect. If I could give this location a negative star, I would. The manager is wonderful, but the employees are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and have terrible attitudes. I wouldn’t know how the food is, I left before ordering when I was told “I was told I don’t have to tell you why we aren’t doing shakes today”. I recommend you go elsewhere. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is Utterly Ridiculous!!!!!! I ordered a BLT Salad with 1000 Island and a strawberry drink. I don’t see any B unless you count that 1/2 strip. I thought BLT stood for Bacon Lettuce Tomato so where is my BT. Every time I come to this particular location my food is never correct. Showed up for lunch , young lady in blue hair was taking orders and did not do anything right . Messed up 3 times in 5 mins , and had a terrible attitude. The Jack's in Alberta is fantastic! I got the Mushroom Swiss burger with extra sauce and mushrooms and onions, it was so hot I couldn't even eat it when I got it! That's how I like to get my food! Burger was delicious! However the Jack's on 43 North I ordered the same thing and went through the drive-thru and when I got it the fun had been sitting on the line so long it was hard the burger wasn't warm. Horrible service , food was wrong , was told pull up for food waited 15 mins for food but no drinks waited another 10-15 mins went inside staff ignored customers i asked for my drinks 2-3 times still got ignored. I paid for meals and didn’t receive what i paid for the manager just told the workers to lock the doors so nobody that was outside complaining could come in. Just close the location down. Went thru the drive thru, redeem my free big Jack with purchase of fry and drink.. what a mistake that was...fries were so hard and my big Jack was without anything two pieces of meat on the bun with wilted lettuce and one pickle no cheese terrible experience for it to be a new location...never going back there Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
