I really HATE to do this, I truly do. I LOVE Jack in the Box but this location is absolute trash. They tend to have friendlier staff than most other fast food restaurants but they ALMOST never have their full menu available because they just don't have the items in stock. And I am not being petty because they didn't have my specific order, they flat out could not offer ANY of their breakfast items, could not offer me a drink option because their machine was out of majority of the syrup mixes, couldn't get me a shake because the machine was broken and lastly couldn't get any tacos because they were out....I mean, at that point just hang a sign on the order menu outside saying that you guys a closed OR AT LEAST EXPLAINING BURGERS AND FRIES ARE THE ONLY OPTIONS AT THE MOMENT. I really am a diehard and loyal fan of the brand, I will say that Jack's is from San Diego, as am I. So I'm very fond of Jack but I have yet to find one in NC that is not bad. Best wishes and best of luck to you, if you so choose to give them a try. I really do hope that they get a manager or another owner that will vest their time and get the place to at least functional. Came into the location today wanting to place an order. Stood for about five minutes waiting until someone told us they'd be right with us. Alright, cool! Waited a little longer. Multiple employees looked straight at us and didn't say a word. The drive-thru was not horrendously busy. Waited another five minutes. Nothing. Still get the occasional glances from people, nothing said to us, person that told us they'd be with us is nowhere to be seen. My partner and I walked out and drove to another location. I've worked fast food before, and I understand it can be absolutely dreadful, busy, and downright unpleasant. But with the amount of workers there, and considering that we were the ONLY people inside, with maybe 3 cars in the drive-thru...I would have been fine with waiting for my food. At least let us place an order.

Day time service is fine, but don't expect to get any food during late hours. Always seems to be some issue happening past 11pm even though they're open for service until 3am. Constantly denied service or unable to order by the drive thru at night. Really inconvenient for a business that serves food until 3am. Don't bother coming after 10pm. Starting to feel like the night shift staff is just making up excuses so they don't have to take orders. Complete waste of time! 👎👎👎 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I dont have 4 star expectations of a fast food place ... you pretty much knock it out of the park if the staff is nice, the place is clean, the food is hot and what i ordered .... here i got what i ordered, and the food was hot ... the place was dirty, the drink machine was out of atleast a 3rd of its options, there were no medium lids, when i asked the staff for lids she finished filling herself a tea, then packed 3 orders for the drive thru before bringing them to me, the bathrooms were disgusting, and i could hear the staff cussing and fussing about the orders coming in on the drive-thru in the di ing area while we ate... just a poor experience, but the food was decent, im not sure if they are understaffed or this is par for this location Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Now this Young Man that was at the drive thru and in the kitchen working definitely didn't disappoint me on the politeness and he deserves a raise too. He is a superb worker and the food was excellent a lot of restaurants could learn from this wonderful worker and the food was excellent!!! Thank You for serving the Truth Seeker this morning 👍🏼❤️

My softball team and I came in today and were greeted with great customer service. For reference, there are 18 players, three coaches and one bus driver 22 people in total. They did a great job at getting us our food correctly in a timely manner and everyone was extremely kind! I stood at the counter for 16 minutes, and was even asked if I was picking up an order, and responded that I needed to place an order. Had 2 employees look straight at me at least 10 times each, and still never even had the opportunity to order or purchase any food. Just close the lobby if you're not even going to allow people to order, and please let me know to begin with so I don't waste 16 minutes waiting to order. This was the most ridiculous lack of anything that even resembles customer service that I have experienced. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited over 25 minutes in line with only 2 cars in front of me. Just to find out they were out of most fountain drinks and had no milkshakes. All while the lights in the parking lot where strobing like crazy. Shoulda known not to trust jackindacrack for a milkshake. Waited an extensive amount of time to recieve a piss poor attempt of bacon and Swiss buttery jack. I will never be returning to this location. Hopefully the management can take some time to actually train there employees on how to make a an order correctly. First we waited for drive thru orders to be taken care of before we were greeted which took a good 5 minutes. Then in to middle of us ordering our food the young woman taking our order walked away to serve yet another drive thru customer. My father and I wanted onion rings, which they were out of, but that was fine, curly fries it is. We ordered four sandwiches and none of them were right. All of them were missing onions, and 2 were missing tomatoes. My mother went back inside to ask for tomatoes and my daughter for onions, only to be told they were out of those as well. Like why wouldn't you tell us that when we ordered. Long story short the service was bad, the food was bad, and we'll never stop at a Jack in the Box again.
