This was the lousiest Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever been to in my life. At 8 o’clock in the evening, the drive-through was closed and some random worker with an attitude came out of the back door to tell us because we couldn’t even hear him through the horrible speaker. When we got inside to order at the counter, they made us wait 10 minutes before deciding to stop doing whatever they’re doing and serve us. Another worker with an attitude, took our order and charged us then came back and told us that they didn’t even have half of the stuff we asked for in Stock. Finally, when we were ordered something that they actually had we asked for tartar sauce. He said that they didn’t even have tartar sauce, either after overhearing that one of the other workers explained to him that they were out of tartar sauce packets, but they had some in the back that they could put into a little containers for us. The worker went to the back for a few seconds, came back and told us again that they still didn’t have any. The chef had to go get it himself because the worker was too lazy to do that simple little task. 2/10 the attitude of the workers really ruined the experience, and the food will never be eating there again.

If you hate your job that much get a new one. The rudeness is the drive through is ridiculous and unnecessary. Also!, I want my money back on fries that were supposed to be large. Where is the rest!!!? I will continue to go to Cane's for late night food.
