I went to this location on 10-3-23 around 6:15PM. The restaurant was empty. No customers or staff to be seen. I stood at the counter for a few minutes and still no employees. The restaurant smelled like sewage and skunk. All of the trash cans in this place were overflowing. Eventually all of the staff members filed out of the back of the restaurant. I’m pretty sure they were smoking marijuana. The food was a decent price and was delivered promptly once the staff members finally came up to me, which was the only good part of this experience. Walked in and I was the only one there. 2 card in the drive thru. I was not acknowledged at all. Stood there for a while. I was looked at but that was it. Started to walk out but then turned and asked if I would get service if I went through the drive thru and then I got service. Going to a different place from now on. I did not know Th at Jack in the Box served oil as a main item on their menu. I have had the tacos from other Jack in the Box locations but never like this garbage. These employees have sadly slacked off on preparing to the standard that other locations achieve with theirs eyes closed. I will never be going back to this location for anything. Anyone want so Taco with the oil?!?!?!?!?

The lobby had a sewer smell to it. So I attempted the drive through but I didn't have vacation time to do that. Long wait if you didn't get the pun.

This is the only Jack in the Box near me that seems to make everything made to order. And when I order anything special it's always done correctly. The one over on Hunt highway by Fry's, is closer.
