This is the only 5 star worthy jack in the box I have ever eaten at!!! The looks are deceiving on the outside. The area seems a bit run down and sketchy but this location makes your food genuinely fresh and with effort! I had just been released from the hospital after 5 days of barely being able to stomach anything and got a craving for some Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers. This location was on my route home and it looked sketchy on the outside but something told me to give it a shot. So I ordered my food and a drink and let me tell you those were the best Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers I have ever had. It was still hot, it was fresh, you could tell they really tried to make it good because I got like the perfect portions of all the sauces and it seemed like they gave me extra bacon as well. Anyways, it was so fresh and flavorful and even the soda…syrup boxes were definitely stocked up and calibrated right! No issues with flavorless drinks here! Thank you for the fresh food! Do Not Go To This Location!!!!!!! The girl working the window or drive thru will steel you're credit card information and use it to rack up charges$$$$ her name is Unique. Jack in the box you must do better at securing your customers credit card information from your employee that likes to steal. I also called the location and the gentleman that I spoke to you said that they've had several customers call in about this issue with her so she's done at a handful of times do not go to this location if you want to keep your money

Asked for grilled chicken sour dough, didn't get it. Even tho I waited about 15 min maybe more. The tacos had big chunks of lettuce sticking out. The pices of curly fries were cold and old . For as long as I waited at least they could have given me hot food. I always try to avoid this jack in the box even tho I'm like 2 minutes away from it, for the simple reason that they sadly always disappoint me. The staff is friendly tho . All of my food was cold and 3 of the items that I originally went for they were out of. (No chicken patties, no minute maid lemonade, no sprite) nothing has changed and they are getting worse. Look at this medium curly fries. Hardly any fries and cold. They just don't care.

I ordered thru drive thru got my food got to work and my food was ice cold. I only work 3 minutes away. The bread was hard on the sandwich, the sausage and cheese was cold. The hash brown was cold as well. What a waste of money. Do better! Hire people that care. We live in crazy times where money is hard to come by. MOLD. DON'T EAT HERE. I ordered a breakfast sandwich from this location and after eating HALF of it I discovered the egg was covered in MOLD!!! I have been having stomach troubles every day since and I will be seeing a Dr. about this- they better hope it's not related to the moldy sandwich they served me! I emailed the company and they never replied. Disgusting and unsanitary establishment. I will never eat from this franchise ever again. They should be shut down for serving food like this...

This place is close to me but I go drive all the way to highlands just because they have better service and they don’t tell you they don’t have what you want or craving. I hate coming here it never fails there is always an issue either hard fries or wrong order especially during the afternoon hours is even worse.
