We used the drive thru late on a Friday night. One of the few places open after 11PM. Ordered sourdough Jack meal, tiny tacos, and chicken sandwich. I seemed like the fries were not fresh and the sourdough had the sauce all in one area on the patty but no where else. Otherwise, good fast food late at night if you need it. When we placed our order the guy behind the counter was very rude and rolled his eyes. The soda machine was very dirty and sticky, it even had hairs on it. The tables were mostly dirty and the floor was very sticky, unswept and very gross. They messed up our order we ordered the ultimate bacon burger and didn’t get any bacon, we addressed the issue with the untouched burger and receipt, the manger argued with us for several minutes before finally rudely agreeing to remake it. They should have a selection for no stars! Very rude staff (eye rolls, attitude). We asked if they can clean the tables for us, no response. I walked back up & asked for a spray bottle & rag, they said one moment but never brought anything. I would NOT recommend going here. They’re very disrespectful. Trash cans are overfilled. Bathrooms are NASTY

Came here on Christmas day spent $25there on two burgers and drinks after 8 minutes of driving the cheese on the burgers haven't melted they are both cold not even lukewarm on both of my drinks they filled the drinks with si much ice i could not even put my straw in the drink. Bought the family a few burgers for Christmas day they asked me how much I had paid for 5 burgers I said 42$ they told me I had just thrown away my money. The burgers were cold ans tasted really stale my uncle microwaved his after I brought it home not coming back here again just ruined my holiday meal. Sitting at the drive thru window and i watch a lady drop 3 tacos on the floor and pick them back up and put them in the wrack. Next thing you know they bag them and hand them to me out the window like nothing happend. Absolutely disgusting 🤮 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I Love Jack in Box and where I’m from they definitely don’t serve us like this….I think Jack needs to retrain them cooks who serves burnt food… so disappointing🤬 they may think it’s funny to get away with this… but it ain’t funny when you lose your job🤬 Service Take out Meal type Other

The inside was clean, and the counter help was pleasant; that was the highlight. Food took 8 minutes to receive, and yet, it was barely warm. The product tasted stale,having passed the regulated shelf life by a minimum of 5 minutes. The jalapeños poppers were hot and quite good, however. I am reporting this location to the health department. We had stuff missing from our orders that we paid extra for, and when we asked for them to fix, the employees were extremely rude, and before I turned around to go sit back down, I saw an employee SPIT. ON. OUR. FOOD. And then tried to hand it back to us!!! Seriously??? Shut this place down or get better employees that know the health codes. This is utterly disgusting.
