You know burgers are only good when they are freshly made not reheated or placed under the hot lamp. I usually like to get sourdough jack w regular fries. Other than that not much to know about Jack because any burger is only good when is just prepared. Was pulling up and noticed the drive-thru was packed. So I decided to go inside No one in line Also no employees at the register. Waited a few minutes before I was helped. Ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese. Nothing else. Waited 15 minutes. ( even though people that came in after me got their food before me. ). Finally, I go up to the counter and ask about my jumbo jack. We ordered 2 (two) Jr. Jack Jumbo Cheeseburger combos. The service was good and the staff was nice and prompt. The burger tasted bland and we really didn’t like the bun that was used on the burgers. The price was a bit high considering the taste of the burgers. The place was not clean and homeless people were moving everywhere inside of this place. Therefore, we felt insecure and left the place early.
