This place was nice and the staff was very attentive. The glat bread was delicious, love the sauce. I got the ribs and they were cold in the near the bones the waiter took them back and i got new ones but everone was already finished eating. Thats how i know the flatbread sauce was good. Food was good, better than average. Highly recommend the shrimp appetizers. Burger needed more pickles and a bit more seasoning, but was great. Service was good, we were not regulars so expected. Ask for the honey butter on the side for the croissants. Food prices are a bit high. Good spot. We came with out expectations due to the mixed reviews and it far exceeded any we had! Our waitress Molly and the bartender Savanna were excellent. The food is the best in town and everything came out perfectly. We all requested medium rare and it came that way. The prime rib was like butter and the sirloin has so tasty, cheesy mashed potatoes and loaded both were fluffy and buttery, the garlic broccoli was tender and the salads were huge. I came in last Saturday. I had the prime my wife had the Alfredo. By far the best experience we have ever had at any restaurant ever in SC. Restaurant was beyond clean. Staff was amazing and so friendly. They made us feel like family. To the owner of this establishment. You obviously have created a great work environment for your employees. My wife ordered prime rib medium but it arrived well done. She mentioned it to Nick (our server) but didn't complain. Within two minutes the chef came out, removed the well done steak and replaced with a medium cooked steak which was perfect.This was done with great politeness and was really appreciated. I worked at jpeters for a couple months. Staff was very rude to me and the others. They were very bratty and had favorites towards the other employees which shorten me and others hours and were forced into a quitting potion due to lack of hours and poor management.

When I tell you all that J. Peter did NOT disappoint...... IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! AND FOR THE PRICE!!! I was impressed!!! I normally pay $120 easily at Halls Chophouse or Chophouse of Chapin or Ruth Chris for this same meal!! Prime Rib , loaded mashed potatoes, house salad, croissant and chicken wings!! $40!?!? Yeah....
