Deliciously authentic Japanese food with a modern twist. Great quality and fresh ingredients. Fair choice of Japanese bottle beers (Asahi, Kirin, Sapporo). Salmon tartare sushi to die for!

We ordered Teriyaki ramen and gyoza both are so delicious! the staff are very kind and attentive the ambience is nice.. sure we will come back again and try other food on their menu!

Great selection of high-quality sushi as well as excellent cocktails. Unfortunately the wait between ordering and service was very long (well over an hour), to the point where the restaurant was completely empty by the time we were served. If the staff had at least communicated something, this might have been alleviated a bit.
Overall, the impression was one of great food but lacking service.
Our experience was a bit ruined by the fact that they wanted to cancel our reservation one hour before and close the restaurant on grounds that there were no clients, completely unacceptable to us as, being it the first of May, there were virtually no other open restaurants in town for our family reunion. This blatant lack of managerial professionality aside, this is a great sushi restaurant. Plates are very carefully prepared on the spot, service is attentive. Food is very tasty.
As someone who travels a lot this is 2nd best sushi place I have been to, very good service and interesting menu. Atmosphere is nice and cozy. Staff is very good at recommending dishes, so be nice and ask.

Presentation was better then many London Sushi places.
I only had sashimi, so couldn't judge hot dishes, but other peoples plates look great.
Sake was usual run of the mill warm job, but acceptable for the money.
Having choice of other types of sake would be great but maybe not viable in city like Bielsko.
Service was impeccable, attentive but not overbearing. I have seen worse in Michelin star restaurants.
The only downer was limited choice of sashimi.
But again, we are not in Japan or London.

After another visit today, I can only confirm what I wrote last year.
Service was excellent and fish really fresh.
Wines were well judged.
Waitress described flovour profiles of both wines perfectly.
I only had nigiri and shashimi so no idea what warm dishes taste like.
Still, i think sake needs work.
There is only one available (great for the price) and having another of greater quality would add to the place a lot, at least for me.
Sitting on the bar was pointless. No one instructed sushi chef why there is a bar in a sushi place.
Sushi was ok, but nothing special about it.
Coffe was terrible.
