The service was great. Fahmy took good care of us inspite of the huge rush at the bar. The food was great, such fresh authentic exquisite flavours. The cocktails were also amazing.

Hi , I was a guest at the hotel , we had breakfast in the restaurant and it’s nice atmosphere over see the water and the snow and boats , the waitress wasn’t so keen to take our order about coffee or tea or anything else , we understand they understaffed, but we decided to have dinner in there becasue it seems nice place , we went around 7:30 and the host seated us in the open area not the one we want to sit in , and left the menu , very limited menu Asian fusion so we called the waiter ,we try to ask him to explain the menu and it’s really weird we told him the menu is limited , and he won’t ask the kitchen to change anything even if we are allergic to spicy food we decided to leave, the problem the next day I ask to speak to the hotel manager or restaurant manager and no one want to respond to me , with the all traveling around I never see a manager drop the ball and never want to contact a customer and a hotel guest , I never recommend such a bad service to anyone specially if u going to pay and enjoy ur evening not get an arrogant attitude from all the staff around the restaurant.

Bought Omakase. The portions were not too big or too small and allowed to experience a variety of dishes for a low price. The fish dishes and the disert were exceptionally good. My waiter Herath was welcoming and could tell me exactly what was in the dishes. I will most definitely come again.
