Stopped for lunch before my drive home. I wanted something with fresh salad. I had the hawker role filled with grilled chicken and coleslaw topped with a small amount mayonnaise and a sweet chilli vinaigrette. Served cold. Very tasty hit the spot reminded me of a Vietnamese salad served in a roti. I had oat flat white. Made well and hot which is often hard to com by. Staff friendly and place is clean. Posting this on the here and now, which is not usually the norm for me. If you are in Rotorua and wanting a breakfast or lunch. INTERVAL is your place, food is amazing I had the big breakfast. The caramelized onions divine and great delivery/presentation of them and the mash instead of a deep fried hash browns is a smash😉. Also had the toasted tortilla and was just as amazing. Compliments to the chef, for the service, and ambience. Definitely recommend the Eggs Benedict with grilled halomi, washed down with peppermint tea. What a wonderful find for our weekly catch-ups. Good service, easy to find and park. Lovely food, cooked and presented well. It was piping hot which I appreciated.
