I came here last month and promised to do a review so here it is. The atmosphere was a bit tense because they don't sell bacon anymore or alcohol and I think it's upset the people that would usually go here. It is Halal and I don't know for how long it has been. Otherwise, no one bothers you. The waiter was a trainee and an absolute help. He really went far and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. I felt like perhaps the upset customers might take their frustration out on the waiters and sometimes they are just plain rude to them. I really tried to make sure that the waiter knew that he really took great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure that I didn't have any trouble. Thank you. The food was great although I overate. I wanted ice cream also but i was full. The drinks were amazing as well and the food was fresh. I'm really glad I found this hidden gem. Had a family dinner on Friday 29/10, sauce bottles dirty and oily, kids play area smells like it's never been cleaned, the poor trainee water had a shirt on which looked liked it came straight from.the washing line, ordered medium steaks which was done, the entire place is just not up to standard. The food is always excellent. Steaks are prepared according to requests so you definitely get medium if you ask for medium. The wings and calamari are great as well as the crumbled mushrooms. We had to send the veggies back to the kitchen as they were hard and not properly mashed. All in all an excellent family option with a play area that will keep small kids entertained. Second time going to the brunch, first experience was amazing and the waiter was excellent he did go out of his way and we were happy that is why we went back. OmG worst mistake second time around the waitron was slow, she had an attitude when I asked for water. We waited for quite some time for her to come check up on us, we had to call another waiter for assistance. We asked for the bill and had to sit and wait for quite some time for her to come back. Service was prompt. Waiters paid attention to every detail of the order. Only the drinks were requested with no ice meaning it mustn't be to cold and it was exactly that. To cold.
