I stopped here after dropping off my wife at the airport. Wonderful customer service and the server did a great job with the modification with my order.

There was a slip and fall patch of ice directly in front of the only entry door. I never fall, even on ice, usually, but it was formed and forced one foot out from under me. I carry my dog in a pack, and was able to keep her from being injured also. I got up and walked in the restaurant, and proceeded to wait nearly half an hour before anyone even addressed that I was there, and that only happened when other people walked in, and they were helped before me, even though I was first in line. I was ordering takeout, and had to wait to order even though I knew what I wanted. I did try to call repeatedly beforehand, but no one answered the phone. While waiting, I observed several calls that were completely ignored, it was like the phone wasn't ringing. The waitress was nice enough, despite the lack of service overall, she did seem to have sitting customers handled. There was also a male employee, possibly a manager, who didn't help her at all, and could have at least answered the phone. The food was good, despite the bitter taste left in my mouth by my overall experience.

My daughter and I came here for the first time today. We had stopped at Denny's on Havana first and when we went in, the couple ahead of us was told there was going to be a 30 minute wait, then another waitress chimed in and said "More like 45 minutes." They asked the couple if they wanted to wait, and they said yes, then the older waitress threw her hands up and looked at the other waitress like she was annoyed. The couple looked at each other and walked out. And the waitress said "I told you. Anywhere you go today it's going to be like this since it's Memorial Day." On that note, my daughter and I walked out too since she was apparently trying to deter customers from eating there.
So we stopped here at IHOP, were seated right away, and everyone was so friendly! Didn't take the food long at all, and our pancakes were so pretty lol.
My 10 yr old said to me, "I really like our waitress, she has chill vibes and is so nice, you better leave her a good tip." 😄 I was still in a pre-coffee fog when we came in, so I unfortunately can't remember her name 😩
I understand it's a holiday, I appreciate people who have to work on holidays, and we did not mind having to wait because we reeaaaally wanted breakfast food, but we were basically being ran off from Denny's. Not cool at all!

We had a great waitress who was very attentive (apart from, I'm assuming, the manager, who kept rudely interrupting her while trying to serve us) and did great. The older front seating host was awesome and funny. We really enjoyed our meal and tried some of the Willy Wonka foods. Loved the strawberry hot chocolate!

French Toast
A very close friend and I decided to go to the newish IHOP at 9 mile since I had not yet been there. Looking back I should have known the visit was doomed and simply walked away at that point but I try not to let first impressions dictate what I do. The server came from the back and greeted us with "can I help you" in such a way we both felt like perhaps we were there for something other than food. Once he realized we were there to eat he quickly shifted gears and seated us. From there the service was decent but the food was not. My friend was given cold syrup for her Belgian waffle and the tips and eggs I ordered with no mushrooms of course had mushrooms despite even being read back as no mushrooms

My boyfriend and I didn’t realize this location was brand new, have been 2x in the last week. All employees are very friendly, the service is fast and the food is delicious. Joselyn is a fantastic waitress, very attentive and has a great personality. We will be back for more!
Even though the food was not 5 star compared to other restaurants, for a very casual dining experience, it was very good.
I had the T-Bone steak and my wife had the Salisbury Steak. Though the steak was not what I would get, and pay a lot more for, at a dedicated steak house, it was very tasty and I enjoyed it. My wife said her Salisbury Steak and the gravy was very good. The atmosphere is pleasant and restful. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. We would highly recommend visiting this restaurant and will be returning. (they are open 25/7)

Finally IHOP is close to my place! We got our favorite 🍳 for breakfast! They were fresh, and nourishing. Overall, it’s clean everywhere, friendly staff trying to help you and provide service, fresh food - 🤩 Definitely, we’ll be back
