Come to this restaurant to taste good hash browns, sausages and scrambled eggs. You will enjoy its food, particularly tasty French toasts, crepes and waffles. lf I had the chance to leave 0 stars I would. My wife and I were sitting here for almost 20 minutes waiting for drinks and to order...I had to get my own menu and that is ridiculous...this is the worst customer service I have ever had and I haven't even eaten yet...we left without eating and went somewhere else...we were ignored by 2 waitresses who went outside to smoke and then a customer had to tell the guy whose name I think is David that we were there... I can't say how the food was because after almost 30 minutes there was no drinks we were told to seat ourselves and we felt like they were paying attention to people that already had their food...also nobody even said anything when we left...no apology nothing Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We hadn't been to IHOP in several years due to multiple bad experiences. We received a gift card so decided to give it another shot and am so glad we did! The inside is renovated and looks really good. The menu is revamped as well. There was no wait to sit despite them being pretty busy. I got lemon blueberry ricotta french toast and it was delicious! We also got the kids smiley face pancake, banana caramel pancake tacos and country chicken pancake tacos, along with eggs, hash browns, bacon & sausage. We were very pleased with everything from taste, value, menu variety & customer service. Our server Keshia was awesome! Very friendly and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! (review from 4 years ago) The food is decent. There's almost always a pretty good wait, where there's not one at waffle house with the same amount of people and less tables. Some of the staff have attitude problems. Edited to add that their to go service is also subpar. We ordered to go on Sunday & were missing toppings and butter on pancakes/French toast as well as sausage. We had a great breakfast here this morning. It was early so only a handfull of locals were here. The food was really good and fresh the service was great and fast. If I could give Noah our server 10 stars I would!!! He was very prompt, on top of things and had our food out in a quick second. And he had the best attitude and I love his personality. My husband and I were in Biloxi for vacation and decided to eat at IHOP. Despite the reviews that were on here. The bad reviews are flat out wrong!!! We had the best experience with the staff and the food was amazing and hot. We will definitely be coming back when we come back for vacation. My fiance and I went here on 29th of October, and honestly the worst service I've ever had dinning, first off our waitress never introduced herself, and said she only been there a week, so we ordered our drinks i had coffee and an unsweetened tea, and my fiance and a strawberry lemonade, they were really good, so I ordered the fisherman platter and my fiance ordered the shrimp platter, the waitress put in her order wrong, they brought her the fish platter and it took 25 minutes to get her acrual order, the waitress never came and checked on how the food was, and only came to ask for a refill on our drinks till the last 6 to 10 minutes we were there. She never even spoke up when I told her that's not what she ordered and just stood there looking at us like we were stupid I had to ask to get it fixed, no attempt to even try to make it right. I and a friend went there yesterday morning. We are both seniors . It was busy, the waiting line was long. There was no host, all waitresses were busy, they didn't even greet anyone. We waited for approximately 20 min to get a number for a table. Another 10 min to get our table. Our waitress didn't greet us, she passed our table several times without looking at us while we waited for her to take our order. The people who had come after us were served while we waited another. 20 minutes. After she finally took our order, we waited for approximately 20 minutes, and our order had not come. Our waitress again passed our table serving others, never looking at us or talking to us. We had been over an hour, and our patience finally ran out, and we decided to leave and probably never come back!! Sadly, in the past, this was a wonderful place to enjoy a delicious meal, but ithe management and service had definitely deteriorated greatly! Service: 1

It's hit as the sun in this building. It was hard to breathe the heater is blowing so hard. All the guests were fanning themselves. Do not come on a Tuesday the food was not good. Eggs were wY undercooked, and ham AND sUsage were not much more cooked. It seems the ones that were the problem, were the ones that were gotten rid of. The stores much better, and the strong ones, the ones that worked hard, are still around.
