Great Space for an Event! We just had our end of the season hockey party at Ignite last Sunday night and all of our 49 guests were extremely pleased with the service, food, lounging area for adults and arcade play for the kids. It was great! I'd recommend it for a family place to go on a rainy day or a space to hold a large event. Katie, the sales & event manager, was superb. Her followup and ease to work with made the event that much more enjoyable.

I came here with 3 friends on Saturday at 9:35pm. The guy told us to join the waitlist to wait for 40 min. After that, we got our PCs and when we tried to open a game, all PCs showed the exact same error. We were asked to wait 30 more min at 10:30pm. Still waiting for any updates. I see some PCs are available but the employees keep saying that they are booked. A bit disappointed about the wait time and broken PCs. Wait time 👎🏻

Love coming here, the drinks and food are amazing and the staff is always great. Just did our second even this weekend with Katie and she was great, very helpful. The bartenders and servers are always on point. Can't wait for our next outing!

The experience was wonderful. We have been twice. Once for just hanging out and having drinks with friends and the second as a party. Everyone was very helpful, kind and fun! The only reason I am giving less than 5 stars is because it is a bit pricey. If you are going with more than just a couple friends, I highly suggest booking a “party” so you can bundle everything together to save a bit of cash!

We've had 3 birthday parties here. Fast and courteous communication. Very easy to book and make changes within a reasonable time frame. Great for winter birthdays! Have booked ages 9-15 here and they all had a blast. Purchase a tray of fries for your party - you're welcome!

My sons party went wonderfully without any issues thanks to Katie and her team! Since I had never been there before I had no idea what to expect I was very pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything went as well as how accommodating they were even though it was a fairly small group. Everyone had a great time and said they would definitely be back soon!

We stopped in to check it out. They had fewer arcade games than I thought I saw in their photos but the axe throw and beer pong games were fun. I can see where it would be excellent for a party you didn't want to have in your home. The group seating for the gaming consoles looked nice so that would be fun. Staff were friendly and there is food for purchase along with a a small bar area.

We've visited Ignite before but it's an even better experience when you host a party there! We hosted my son's birthday party there and both parents and kids had an absolute blast! The Ignite staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and on site they were immensely attentive, and made everything so smooth. I can't emphasize enough how much fun the party was from beginning to end. Special shoutout to Katie & Rudy for all their assistance in making this happen.
