Was a really lovely meal. Enjoyed our family dinner out. In terms of variety, they had good choices. Prices weren't too bad either. Tasty dishes. The only downfall was the serving of food wasn't at the same time, so some people had their meals and were halfway through before the last person received their meal.

Prolly one of the few specialty restaurants that has a very good execution of what it wants to be. There are many japanese restaurants around sox, but this one has to be my new favorite. Food ✅ Price ✅ Location ✅
I think the only down side is that the place feels like a little crowded sometimes, but the very good food makes up for it! Highly recommended!
The food, especially the rolls, are amazing. Excellent service, the ambience is really nice, and i would love for them to maybe add some more japanese food in their menu. A simple dessert would be nice. I would really love a tonkatsu ramen but I guess the current food is good enough for them to be recognized. Would definetely return for the rolls
Definitely a joint where I can get full and go out very satisfied with a smiling face.

Very good selection of sushi and speciality rolls. They need Icibahn beer though. This place a lot better than Wabi Sabi.

I liked the food, but given my seafood allergy I could only eat limited items on their menu. They have items like a variety of rolls, some rice bowls, and only two options for ramen, which may be a bit limited especially with me who is allergic to seafood. Nonetheless the quality is fit for the price, the interior is cozy … Although because the road is old and a favorite detour road on the way to Gensan, the place shakes when big trucks or vehicles pass by.
Ichiban Japanese Restaurant is a newbie in the food scene in Koronadal City. This is located along Judge Alba St., an area where new food outlets are starting to sprout. It opened at the height of quarantine times due to the pandemic.
It is heartwarming that despite the difficult times, some entrepreneurs like the owners of this resto dared to open their business. Surprisingly, the resto is well-received by Koronadaleños.
Food is all Japanese with their own version of ramen, sushi, etc. If you're after value for money, then you're in the right place. I personally liked their seafood ramen, their kani salad, and their sushi baked. However, there is a tendency for your order to take long, especially if the resto is full. I'm sure they can do something to address this concern, as they are still getting the feel of it.
The interior of this small restaurant is very pleasant. Murals are very nice and picture-perfect.
Staff are attentive and friendly. Parking is available although at peak hours, you might find it difficult to find a slot.
