Ibnu Musa Halal Foods is located further away from Pattaya beach area (around 15mins using bike), but I would recommend getting your breakfast here as the place opens as early as 7am while most of the other Halal foods only open by 11am. The eatery is also owned by Thai Muslim Owners. I ordered fried noodles and had pizza and few snacks for takeout for an island visit. Ibn Musa is a halal restaurant by the road that offers a variety of dishes. I visited it with my family and we were impressed by the quality and taste of the food. Good food, nice people, 100% Halal. Restaurant located beside the main road, theres by the road parking before you reach the restaurant. Plenty of food choice to choose from, they have noodles, rice, roti canai, pizza and others. They open from morning 0600 to 1600.
