Canita’s cake and cookies were not only beautiful and beyond my expectations, regarding the decorations. But when we tasted them, they were simply melt in your mouth deliciousness. My guest were so impressed they all asked for the name of the bakery. I must also add that she was so wonderful to work with at short notice. The cake was packaged perfectly for travel too. What can I say, I loved every thing about my experience with I Canita Cake.

I wanted to give my feedback on the cake I purchased. I was quite disappointed in the cake and the taste. Most kids didn’t enjoy it. And all the parents were not impressed. It almost looked like it wasn’t baked all the way through and it was not cake like. It’s was very dense. The vanilla part of the cake was very yellow looking and the icing wasn’t smoothed out. And to clarify my picked time, I had spoken with clay and was just asking. I didn’t demand that I had to pick it up on Friday.As the time for my sons game changed and I was going to be getting there at 12:50pm on Saturday. I was simply asking if I could pick it up at 3pm on Friday . he responded saying in a manner that wasn’t very confident and said ya 3 pm should be fine. I did arrive early at 2:25pm. As I was passing the shop. I just came in to see if it was ready. You seemed annoyed as the time clay told you wasn’t correct because you responded to me when I asked if the cake was ready and you said you wouldn’t be here till 4pm which was not what I told clay. He communicated the time with you wrong: I know I came to you with one weeks notice. But if my cake was rushed, and not done to y’all’s ability please don’t aspect the customer and just tell them you’re booked. I just wanted to let you know my experience. I’m very disappointed you didn’t email me back. Will not be coming back here and clearly your customer service has gone down hill from the other post that recently just posted. Same experience. The cake was sooooo bad! I could have baked a better cake that was moist and yummy. I’m so upset i spent $150 on the part of my son’s birthday that everyone is suppose to enjoy. Ps. I don’t understand why you told me to leave the cake out and not put it in the fridge. You should definitely leave it in the fridge and take it out and let set for two hours before serving. If you want desserts that look good AND taste good, look no further than I Canita Cake. Along with phenomenal products and superior customer service, the folks at I Canita Cake put a whole lot of fun and love into their work - and it shows! I've lost count of the number of times we've ordered, from small cookie orders to wedding cake(s) (because yes they are that good you should get two!), and we will be back again and again! We have never served a desert from I Canita Cake where at the end of the event everyone wasn't asking "where did you order that dessert from?!". Canita and team, you just make life SWEETER!

This place isn't the same top quality with excellent customer service. The arrogance in which they treat customers and the drop in the quality of the cake are disappointing. I ordered my and my sons cake over a month and half prior but they could only do one. So I had to order other cake for my son's birthday elsewhere but it turned out for the best as his cake was extremely moist and delicious. My birthday cake was extremely dry and cold 5hrs AFTER we picked it up. None of my friends finished the cake and I struggled to enjoy it. They didn't care as my email providing feedback sent ignored. They won't have to worry about having my business moving forward. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I absolutely love this bakery, they always go above and beyond. This is my third year ordering my daughter's birthday cake with them and I am always blown away. This year was the big five and she wanted a Unicorn Science theme and again they blew it our of the park or in this case lab!

Just wanted to share our most recent wonderful experience with this fabulous bakery! She just did two cakes for our staff and they were not only gorgeous (I could not believe the attention to detail), but they were delicious as well! I asked them to make a cake, cake pops and cupcakes for my daughter’s Sweet 16 yesterday and everything came out gorgeous and so yummy! I told them that the theme was a black and gold masquerade and showed them some pictures of ideas. I asked them to do whatever they think will go with the theme. They did not disappoint! Highly highly recommend 🙂

This bakery is the real deal - impressive offerings, great customer service, and delicious! We were throwing my daughter a dog-themed birthday party and she came up with a unique request for her cake - cookie + brownie cake with frosting. They not only happily took on the special order in a timely matter, but they decorated it beautifully! And it tasted so good! It couldn’t have come out any better. I Canita Cake is now my go-to bakery.
