This is an excellent German bakery. Make sure you get a pizza crumb. They have many different flavors and they're all delicious!! Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I come here for the pizza crumb, it's great, the service here is good and it's a good bakery, they do use almond paste in the pizza crumb but there are no peanut allergies in our household so we are good Food: 5 Service: 5
The absolutely Best bakery in the area. I highly recommend buying a Pizza Crumb and a Sunday doughnut (Sunday doughnut only on Sundays). There is plenty of free parking.
Hummel Hummel... one of the best bakeries on Long Island with - fantastic variety of pastries and some tasty bragging rights. Creators of the original pizza crumb!!! If you haven’t tried a pizza crumb you’re blowin it. Next time you go to aunt Diane’s potluck bring a dessert worthy to please the toughest crowds. PIZZA CRUMB FO LIFE !!!!!
Been coming here since it opened. I moved away 25 years ago, but if I am ever back on LI, it is for sure I will stop here. I got a pound of cookies and a fruit cheese ring. Classics.

Great cakes cookies and pastries. Love the jelly donuts and kaiser rolls and really good croissants too! Never had the crumb. But they're familiar for it.

Still a good place, but prices are becoming ridiculous. $1.75 for a jelly donut, slightly larger than a meatball? Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
We go for the pizza crumb pie which is absolutely delicious. Their jelly donuts are great. They also have salt sticks which I haven't seen since I lived in the city over 40 years ago.
This bakery has gone down hill. And the owner is super rude, we won’t be going there again! Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
