Food took a long time to come out. The onion rings and curly fries were were so cold that we couldn’t eat them. Our hooter girl was busy sitting at a customers table socializing. And was only given a couple of sweeteners for our teas so I had to ask for a few more. Service is not what I expected for my first time sitting in the restaurant. I will not be coming back for seconds of this type of service!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I waited over an hour for an online order. Ordered my meal at 1:30pm and it’s past 2:30. Was informed my order will be ready at 2:06. There were only 4 tables in the dining area. Never received an apology or anything. And the wait staff kept walking by me without any updates. (I wonder why this location is always dead. Service maybe? Or the lack there of due to laziness, possibly). Usually during long waits I’ve been provided an appetizer or at the least offered a drink. Nope. Not your local San Angelo hooters. What’s the point of online orders if I have to wait the same amount if I’m dining in, if not longer? Plus I’m missing some of my order (ain’t wasting time and money to go back). Horrible. I’ve been to many Hooters and I think this one has been the cleanest one I’ve been too. The food was good and the drinks were ice cold. Our waitress was good but she was training a new girl and the girl looked miserable like she was being held against her will. She couldn’t even give a slight grin and her posture was sad. The managers as standing sassy like she was trying to catch someone doing something wrong. Other than that I enjoyed it and would go back again.

The bad Hooters in USA. Air condition badly worked, inside 🥵, still waiting orders 14 minutes after leaving, only two black waitresses working and speaking rude 😱,prices everything up and expensive, but very bad service!!! Service was bad. Took forever to get things and the waitress always had an excuse. No plates, no ranch, one round of beer and an excuse of needing to check with the manager for another round and waited forever to payout. It would have been easy to walk out and not pay. I’ve been in this profession she is in and I know how hard it can be but when you have a bartender who is not only making all the alcohol drinks, tending to people at the bar, helping sit people coming in to this establishment and helping several waitresses serve food to the few tables in this restaurant, it becomes pretty evident that our waitress was less than capable of offering us decent service. This will be our final visit in this town. Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The waitresses fought over who would take our table and after 10 minutes someone finally came to take our order. After 45 minutes we only got our appetizers which were cold. We ended up leaving without ever getting our food. Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went into hooters yesterday and I’m a disabled person. I was greeted at the door by some kind women. I was struggling to walk but Emily was the first one to help me. Hooters is the best! MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR EMILY SHES THE BEST!! she made sure I got everything I needed. I will definitely be back for the great service. She was just so hilarious and scandalous. She was in such a good mood and was a breath of fresh vape juice. Food was so yummy. Bless the hands of the cooks, straight from heaven. Z was an absolutely wonderful waitress! I went for my 18th birthday and she was one of the sweetest waitresses I’ve ever had in my life. The food was great but the service was impeccable. Service was terrible. I watched two tables walk out due to no service. A coworker went a day prior and would only serve him two drinks. While he watched other people getting as many drinks as they wanted. We were told we had a four drink limit. We were a group of five. Go figure. I told them I did not have four drinks. My husband and I went into Hooters tonight for dinner and drinks. We walked in at 7:30 p.m. and still at 7:46 p.m. No service, no acknowledgment what so ever!🤬😡 pretty disappointing. And what’s worse they were not even busy. Hardly any customers. Now we know why! Let’s just say we won’t be going back there at all. We drove down the street to Buffalo Wild Wings. We got seated immediately and waited on right as we sat!! Bdubs never disappoints!! And they are super busy! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
