So I came in there tonight on 12/5/23 at 8:25pm. I was not once welcomed by any girl they were too busy chit-chatting with each other I asked where I can place a to-go order and one just pointed towards the bar luckily when I got to the bar to place an order SKYE the bartender was very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of she is one of a kind and I give her a 10 star rating any day for her service and her appreciation of customers. If the other girls would interact with customers like she does then there should be never no problem of having a full house once again thank you SKYE for you service.

I just left the Roswell, GA location due to dissatisfaction with a staff member.
Upon arrival, the hostess hopped up from socializing with her male friends (like we didn’t see it) knowing we literally saw them through the window as we were walking to the door, acting like we interrupted something that was “way more” important than her job.
She said they didn’t have any cooks and would open around 5:00 (they were suppose to open at 4:00) for Christmas Dinner. I looked at the time and told her it was 4:56 which was only 4-minutes. She replied with infliction, “There’s no cooks!”
So I asked what we were suppose to do since it was only 4-minutes. Her exact response was, “You can either wait or go somewhere else.” while rolling her eyes and shrugging her shoulders with an attitude. This exact action is what triggered my irritation; I was being nice, while she caught an attitude.
After that, she walked off and said a cook came in. Then she told us to take a seat “wherever” and rushed back to her male friends. As a customer, that interaction was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. However, I did express my frustration to my family (who was with me) verbally at the time she walked off.
My relatives chose a booth not too far from the hostess and her friends. Once we sat down, she yelled over to her co-worker, “Brooke, you have a table.” with an attitude. While we waited, I overheard the hostess say, “Maybe we shouldn’t be so entitled.” Which was most likely in response to what I said when she walked off and her male friends heard me.
In the end, we all felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave. Expecting basic customer service does not make one “entitled”, it’s what should be given by those who chose to work in customer-facing industries. It also isn’t a good look for the HOA, Hooter’s, & Hoots brand.

This location has been here since I can remember and that’s going back a long time ago. 30+ years!
It has seen its up’s & down’s but the last 2 years a huge change for the better. Better management, organization and service.
Their buffalo chicken sandwich is awesome! Huge portions, look at the size of the chicken and the pics. Salad is “okay” for iceberg lettuce it’s edible.
Service is also performed with a friendly smile. Very attentive, drinks are always full. Always asking if I need anything else.

I was there at like 630 at night and it was like a ghost town. I sat myself because there was nobody at the entrance. Sat there for like 5 minutes then I finally asked a server if I could sit anywhere, they said yes and I said I'm sitting over here. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was way bigger than I thought it would be. It was pretty good, fries were pretty plane though.
So today I have the biggest craving for steamed shrimp and in particular from Hooters. Since I moved to GA in '15' this would be my first venture to Hooters in my area and in the state for that matter. Since I've been here Google maps reviews and pictures have become my best friend in places to go and avoid! I read several reviews on this location and others and I wasn't going to go because of the low ratings in "service" for all the locations , but because it was close to me and the craving wouldn't go away I have it shot. Today is Sunday 1/07/17, and I would say I arrived at 2ish. No crowd, quickly seated, order taken within 10min for a drink and appetizer, and a follow check for my main order within 20mins. The wait for my order was decent, food was hot, my side salad was fresh with no wilted lettuce or brown spots. I ordered steamed shrimp that was seasoned well but my southern taste always ask for a little more and it was no problem getting an extra side of seasoning and ranch. The Peach tea was sweet enough not to sweet and my server Tycen was polite and attentive. Even though the previous reviews almost deterred me... I will return to this location from my experience today. I hope this helps someone down the line.
Ordered from doordash. They forgot the sauce. How can you wings without blue cheese. Ruined our night and experience. We pay for convenience and ended up not eating our wings.
Called them, spoke to a lady and she just apologized. An apology isn't going to make me want to come back.

We went back a couple weeks ago and the food and service were both very good(for a hooters). The wings were actually hot and fully coated in sauce, the fries were hot, and the beer was cold. Not sure if we just had a better crew or they listened to the feedback in the reviews but give this location another shot- we will also be back because it’s so close to our house.
Original review: It’s a hooters so my expectations were already pretty low but the food here was just not it. The wings were not even tossed in sauce the cook just threw the sauce on top of a few wings, the fries were cold and the celery I ordered and paid extra for was a miserably small portion. The service was good and attentive. The tv in my direct line of sight was looping constant tik tok videos and the staff said they couldn’t switch it to anything else but they did switch the other tv for me to the soccer match.

Tiffany was my bartender and server and she did an excellent job!! She came by my table to make sure me and my co workers were very well taken care of on drinks and food. She is absolutely great!! She made the hooters experience amazing!!!! When I come back, I want her to be my bartender / server again.

Waitress was very pleasant made sure we were happy with our food selections I believe if she stays with the company she'll be a manger of her own store
