🍕 FRIDAY NIGHT MEANS PIZZA NIGHT! 🍕 9/10 KILLER PIZZA!! CRISP CRUST, SAVORY SAUCE, FRESH TOPPINGS. Quality Pizza and GREAT PRICES! I ordered a Large Meatball and Mushroom Pizza (WELL DONE) This guy is running the ENTIRE house by himself!! Give him some credit!! He’s always been nice to me, and I have NEVER had an issue! **ATTN** I ALMOST DIDN'T GET FOOD FROM HERE!!! 9/10 PIZZA! FRESH! HOT! CRISP! 🍕 Upon finding this SWEET Pizza Place during my first snow storm in 2024 here, I looked up the menu on Google only to find these AWFUL reviews and I immediately decided to look elsewhere for dinner, HOWEVER upon sitting in the parking lot and debating where else I could eat…I decided to GIVE IT A CHANCE! Dennis welcomed with me a WARM and CONFIDENT welcome upon entering his pizza place, he gave me a beautiful back story about his pizza place and helped me make a decision on my pizza toppings!! THE RESTAURANT: The shop is MUCH bigger than it seems from the outside. It has maybe 8-10 BOOTHS for you and your family/friends to enjoy your meal inside! Along with almost every flavor of Soda on TAP or bottled in the FRIDGE. Paired with shelves and shelves of Frito-Lay and local chips from Maine this place has it ALL! I then waited 10-15 minutes for my pizza to be ready and this is what it looked like 25 minutes later when I got home!! HOW WAS IT?! The SAUCE has a SLIGHTLY sweet and TANGY flavor..paired with a beautiful CRISP CRUNCH on the base of this pizza, it truly compliments the GOOEY mozzarella cheese that’s been baked to a perfect consistency. Slight chew to the dough, but it’s flaky at the same time and melts away in your mouth! BEAUTIFUL PIZZA! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, FRESH MEATBALL AND KILLER CRUST!! BIG FAN OF THIS STYLE OF PIZZA!! This trip was much better experience. He was in a better mood. Working alone but got the job done in time he said it would be. I had small pizza he had sausage grinder. Both were really good. The owner really lacks customer service skills and should give some real thought to hiring someone for front of the house. It really ruins the experience when greeted with so much attitude. Eye rolling, huffing and condescending statements are very common when you interact with him. I’ve been there multiple times over the years so this wasn’t a one off experience. Food choices are limited in the Wells area off season and the food is actually pretty descent there. So I’d recommend just ordering online if you really want to order from there. We drove down from Biddeford to get food from there. We probably won’t be coming back this point since this is an established pattern of our visits there. We usually stop by Hometown Pizza on our visits to Wells. We were promptly greeted by the owner. He took our order and joked with us a bit. The food was ready in a short amount of time. The food was very tasty although I would have liked a little more meat on my roast beef sub or grinder as it's called in New England. I wouldn't write this place off. My friend and I stopped here just because we saw the sign....and seemed better than cumberland farms hot dog choice. BOY were we wrong!!!! the guy there was not personable at all. when we opened our SUBS that were $10 each mind you, Mine had two thin deli slices of roast beef. I couldnt even taste it!! the bread however was nice and soft but all i tasted was mayo!! MY friends ham was a little better but NO NO NO DO not go there!!!! what a waist of money and time. If I could leave lower than a 1 I would. Server extremely rude. Would have walked out except my son with autism was hungry and would not understand! Food slow coming, pizza okay.
