We live 4 hours from Hillery's. When we go to Kenosha, we always try to get there for at least one meal. My husband's favorite is the spicy tips. They are always so nice and polite and welcoming, even when they are super busy and behind. And we definitely can't argue with the price. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I decided to fry my own catfish from now on the fish was horrible very small pieces and no seasoning the ribtips dryed out with bbq sauce taste old.I love supporting black businesses . Used to love this place but over the last 20 years, it has only gotten worse. I ordered ribs yesterday and they were TERRIBLE. They were hard and old, couldn’t even eat them. Damn shame because the sauce was still so good. Last time I waste my money there. I’ll have to go to Waukegan from now on. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My husband and I stopped by to try out the place because it sounded interesting and our meals were spectacular! We both ordered the beef brisket sandwich. Loved the tangy BBQ flavor. We'll definitely be back! A helpful note: they are cash only, pick-up only, and at the time of writing this review, they require masks, so ensure to prepare before stopping by! I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS BUT HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR. THE GUY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND HE GOT MY ORDER WRONG AFTER HE REPEATED IT BACK TO ME.
