Had such a bad experience here yesterday (02/20/2024)....came out for my anniversary with my husband and began discussing packages with the front desk host. She seemed sweet but very poorly trained. She asked what we were interested in doing at heyday and we told her bowling and mini golf mainly. I mentioned that we should get a wristband since it seemed to include everything we wanted. She advised us that the "downstairs" package would be cheaper for what we wanted to do ($9.99 vs. $29.99). I was confused at first since she never mentioned it was a discounted day but I took her word. We had a great time bowling then came back up to play mini golf, only to be told we solely paid for bowling. She called her manager up to the front who not only didn't apologize for the mistake, she didn't make eye contact or speak to us once. The host told her we "got confused" and the manager refunded our money (which is not what we wanted) and left. We were told we would have to pay for a new package if we wanted to play mini golf. This would have been no issue but by this time we were disgusted by the place. We won't be returning anytime soon....
I really dislike writing bad reviews but after last night I cannot say I will be back. Once a week a large group of friends (all over 50) meet for dinner at local restaurants for happy hour/dinner. We have been here at least once a month because of the service and atmosphere. Last night we were told there weren’t any waiters upstairs and if we wanted food we had to order off the QR code and for drinks go to the bar. Some of our group have a hard enough time texting on the phone much less trying to order and pay for food, so much for ordering dessert, or tipping the waitstaff. We did. The food was brought delivered, no one asked if we needed anything (condiments, silverware, etc). My nachos were cold and the cheese and not good. A few of the pizzas were lacking toppings and cheese also. I had ordered ice tea, I went to the bar twice to get a refill and the staff behind the bar walked away from me. I refilled my own tea with the pitcher sitting on the bar. I am sad about this-for a place that has a great vibe upstairs it has really gone downhill. The happy hour menu has gone away as well as many of the great options they once had. We go to dinner to visit to fellowship with friends not run back and forth to the bar. Last night everyone left unhappy. ☹️
I chose this place to spend a happy Sunday after reading the reviews on Google. It was our first time to play here and there was a little embarrassment, but Mrs Jessica helped us solve the problem very well. We are very grateful to her. The overall experience was really great, we preferred bowling and outdoor mini golf, we had a great time.
Me and my son visited this afternoon to play in the arcade and we had a great time. Not only was it half price arcade games which was a total score but the staff was extremely helpful. I spoke with Tony who happened to be the GM and he went above and beyond to make sure our time spent in the arcade was great. He referred us to a couple of his favorite games and was extremely knowledgeable of the games they had and they're prize redemption was full of many options. You could tell he takes pride in his work place. Just wanna say thank you Tony for making mine and my son's time enjoyable in your establishment. Definitely will be back for the arcade on half priced Wednesday. Great visit!

We had an amazing experience! Brought our two daughters, ages 7 and 5, and got for the wristband package. We played arcade games, mini golf, several rounds of laser tag, and did the rope course. The staff were exceptional! They were incredibly friendly and interacted wonderfully with our girls. We will be back again!
Definitely coming back again next trip out here, affordable fun for hours on end.
We decided to book HeyDay in Norman to celebrate my son’s birthday. I was very impressed with how professional the staff was and how they went out of their way to help me out with getting into a time slot. They were extremely busy and fully booked for the times we needed. However, they were able to get us in for the time we were wanting. Shout out to Jessica! She was a pleasure to work with and we are so thankful for your help with making our visit a wonderful memory.
This is a great place to visit for an indoor activity for adults and children. The indoor activities include bowling, pool tables, laser tag, bars, just to name a few. I chose bowling and had an excellent time.
We have done bowling parties here and it was great. They have these nice big curtains to provide your party some privacy from other lanes. We went with a large party and scored the lanes where the curtain was ripped from the ceiling, it was the perfect size for our party and still provided privacy. The drinks are great and the cauliflower pizza Was amazing. Even the kids ate it. The game room can be a money pit, but fun for all ages.

Went for a work party. Too loud for 3pm on a Tuesday. UPDATE Response to GM comments: Hi Tony, I don't know if anyone checked in with our group. We were upstairs in what I assume is the "group room" with the lanes on the end. I'm sure it's a great time at 10pm on a Saturday when everyone's had a few or for a 12 year old's birthday. For a group of roughly 25 adults in our 30s and 40s it was probably just not the best venue choice. Staff was very nice and accommodating but the only drinks available were soda in pitchers that went flat almost immediately. No water, no iced tea. I had to go to the bar and get my cup filled with water from the gun. My two suggestions for daytime adult groups would be to decrease the music volume by 20%, and provide at least a chilled water dispenser, preferably iced tea as well. One of my coworkers filled her bottle with what she thought was water from a pitcher on the table but turned out to be flat Sprite.
