As a chef and foodie this is a difficult place for me to review as some things were fantastic and others quite disappointing. The pizza dough was good and lightly sweet, with nice black blotches on the crust, and the shrimp and zucchini were nice, but the third ingredient on a three ingredients pizza was virtually non-existent. The sliced Beef Tongue dish was absolutely delicious but then the Green Salad was very disappointing with just some simple lettuce at NT280. Adding some form of protein to the salad is very crucial at that price, which could be in the form of parmesan slices, or an organic poached egg, or some roasted walnuts, or some fresh mozzarella. Also the lettuce should be a nice mix of organic greens to make it more fun and exciting, not just mostly Romaine lettuce.
The building, the layout, the architecture, the atmosphere are all totally gorgeous, and the service was efficient and friendly.
Put a little more thought and creativity into your dishes, and I'll come back and give you five stars.
Exceptional experience for the five senses. Clean design and decorations of two stories building. Relaxing dining ambient. Had the steak full course set, it was extremely enjoyable. Very friendly staffs especially with young child as companion. Few dedicated parking spaces available at the front. A little garden and balcony for gathering too.
The taste combinations here worked. Dishes came out well presented and delicate. The wagyu portion was a little too big and dessert was a little heavy, but had a memorable dinner overall. Left feeling that the meal was slightly underpriced.
The food was decent, it was plated well, the decor nice, but the service was disappointing. We ordered wine with our meal and, and had to constantly remind staff for it, at 7-8 times. The red wine came after our mains, which was annoying as they recommended the wine with the main. They also charged me for a bottle of white wine, when I only had a glass. We then had drive back to the restaurant to get it sorted, as we noticed when we got home. Very disappointed.
