Hanaya Japanese Dining Restaurant provided a good dining experience with their attentive service. Manager Ma Sylvia was particularly helpful, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and skillfully handling customer feedback. When we mentioned that the noodles were a bit too oily, the staff promptly offered to rectify the issue and requested our feedback.
While the staff seemed to be making an effort to provide good service, it was evident that they may have lacked confidence due to the restaurant being open for less than 2 months. This could be improved through additional training and food tasting sessions for the service staff to enhance their knowledge and confidence in introducing the menu.
Despite this, I am looking forward to returning and would recommend Hanaya Japanese Dining Restaurant to friends and family. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Great place to dine in! The food was GOOD! Service was AMAZING. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is great too! Very nice decor and the toilet is so inconspicuous! They have Torii gates outside and an amazing mural inside for photo ops! Will definitely make repeated visits! Hope you guys keep up the amazing work!

The food are amazing!! The services are top tier!! I recommend Claudia as your server as she was so kind and very friendly. Despite me and my friends were being goofballs 😂. One particular dish that struck me was the grilled unagi from the Assorted Aburi set. It was literally butter in the mouth! So good!!! 💕💕💖🥰

Food was great and affordable for the portion and quality, in my opinion. The service was good. The waiting time wasn’t long, and the waiters were all very attentive. Hopefully it’ll keep its standards.

Hanaya's a new Japanese restaurant at Pine Square, only two months old. Cool vibe, cozy interior and you can't miss the Torii Gate – totally Instagram-worthy!
Despite slower food turnaround, standout dishes include the Spicy Salmon Gunkan and Wagyu & Unagi Kamameshi, though served in a smaller portion, justified its price with a satisfying taste. The temaki had crisp nori and well-proportioned ingredients, though a more generous portion would have been appreciated.
Other dishes like the Tori Teriyaki Don and Salmon Sahimi (would prefer thicker cut) met expectations. The Agedashi Tofu and Salmon Mentai Roll were just average. Overall, Hanaya offers reasonably priced and decently good food, making it worth considering for a revisit. Hopefully they can maintain the same quality for food and service in the long run.
Notable mention to the friendly and attentive service, Aaliyah, who went above and beyond to enhance our dining experience – she's your go-to person for the perfect group photo!

Great environment. Service is tiptop. Staff is super friendly & helpful. Instagrammable place.
Some of the food that we order were really good but some are just so so.
Love the Hotate cheese yaki & aburi foie gras tho. Free ice cream was given to us too at the end of the session.
