Food was 4 stars. Presentation was great, service was great, attention to detail 5 stars. We sat outside, so the view and nightlife was great. We tried 3 sandwiches and the salmon. The poppers were our starter, and they were huge and incredibly delicious. The 3 sandwiches Motley pulled pork, world famous mac n cheese bacon burger, and then finally we had the Ringer. All done fantastically. Great place if you're in the area and want an overall good meal. Mind you we spent enough between the 2 of us for a family of 4. But we wanted the experience of all the highly praised dishes. Normally 30 to 40 per person is accurate here.

Motley Que Pulled Pork Sandwich
We loved the one in TN and decided to visit the one here! We decided to eat outside to avoid a wait. They had heaters to keep us warm. The food was just as good as we remembers! We got the bacon Mac n cheese burger which was delicious! The nachos are always a hit and for the first time we tried the Cajun Alfredo and it was delicious! The vibe was very Vegas and quick pace. We were in an out within an hour which worked great for us.
Con’s;
- There are NO kids menus which we thought was weird because the restaurant in TN does.
- Be prepared to pay strip prices we were a little caught off guard that the prices online were $3-4 less than in person.
- They over seasoned all of our fries so we barely ate them.

Trash Can Nachos
The atmosphere was great and service was good. The trash can nachos were flavorful. You have to eat them fast because they get soggy quickly. The BBQ wings were extremely disappointing. It was regular wings with a lot of plain cheap BBQ sauce.

I visited Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar for a late-night meal and was not disappointed. I opted for the Bacon Mac N Cheese Burger, a culinary delight that perfectly marries indulgence with comfort. The burger itself was rich and satisfying, making it an excellent choice for sharing. The portion size was generous, just right for two.
The accompanying fries were a highlight, offering a delightful variety with wedge, thick cut, and waffle fries. While they were tasty in their own right, a hint of truffle oil could elevate these fries to the next level, complementing the decadence of the burger.
Service was commendable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. All in all, a visit here promises a deliciously satisfying meal in a vibrant atmosphere.

I usually tip pretty well when I go anywhere but I wasn’t the happiest leaving Guy Fieri’s.
My family & I were sooo excited to try the food because we’ve watched Guy a lot growing up. Upon arriving to the restaurant the host was amazing ( I don’t remember her name) but she was an African American women with braids in her hair. She was so friendly and welcoming and I was a bit disappointed that she wasn’t our waitress. Our server Briana was everywhere.. I understand being busy but at least get the drink order correct. My husband ordered a drink which never came, I also ordered my toddler a drink that never came. She wasn’t really welcoming nor did she tell us anything about the menu or give out any recommendations. Nothing felt special about the visit. Overall my kids loved the nachos and ribs. I would compare the dryness of the cornbread to the mountains in Las Vegas in the summer. So extremely dry!
My husband really enjoy the food as well it was really just the service we didn’t really care for. Briana may need to be trained on how to properly greet and interact with paying guest.

What a great Kobe Burger! Highly recommend. Only tweak would be a slightly better brioche bun (could have been a little better - like mine was left out a little too long before being used) Highly recommended though. Overall experience was only a four - while the burger was on fire I had to knock bar seating down a notch b/c it was a little dirty. Like no one cleaned after lunch service because there was too much litter on the floor around the bar area. Hope you get a chance to address that cause leave people wondering about cleanliness elsewhere. However, I've been recommending it to people already. My food was better than my twice the price beef Wellington at Gordon Ramsay's, and overall better meal - just to share. Tidy up the bar and keep up the great work!

The Mac n cheese burger was phenomenal, by far the best dish we ordered. $27.99
The potato battered chicken sandwich was disappointing, the chicken was tough, the bread was really good but as a whole not that good due to chicken not being tender. $25.99
The hot wings could use more flavor but they were huge wings, they also gave small portion of ranch. $21.99
The jalepeno pig poppers were okay, a little bit of heat, I wouldn't order them again. $20.99
I will say the presentation of all dishes was beautifully executed.
I forgot to take a picture of our receipt but the total was $97
We tried the trash can nachos a while back & didn't care for them. All in all, I highly recommend the Mac n cheese burger, that sucker gets 5 stars.

Double-Barrel BBQ Wings
Visited today - The Hostess (Angelica) took us to the our table ( on a extreme small corner of the restaurant -my wife and I informed her that we would like an other table - her attitude was very unprofessional -she told us that the only table available was a smaller table in the middle of a busy pass way, I looked around - counted at least 5 available table- I told my wife to go to a other restaurant - my wife said- we are here -let's ask for a table outside- my wife informed Angelica (Hostess) she looked at my wife in a unprofessional manner & said she would come back ,after a few minutes, she came back with lots of menus- she decided to do that instead of taking us to the table, after all that she decided to take to the table, when arriving to the table -some silverware fell in the floor, beside picking it up, she kicked a knife across the Restaurant almost hitting me- I then asked for the manager and told her what happened - She then -in a very professional manner convinced us to stay that she would make the uncomfortable situation better. Both the manager and waiter were were outstanding - made the situation more comfortable - Food was excellent - gave a 3 review thanks to the Hostess (Angelica) who made a very bad first impression of Guy Fiery's Restaurant.

Cheesecake Challenge
First off I had to wait almost 40 min for a table. That in its own right built up great expectations. Had the nachos as a starter, a little soggy but nonetheless I enjoyed them. As a main I took the Mac and cheese burger. The flavour combinations are excellent but there is very little burger patty to be seen... The burger is staffed with many things but the actual meat which should be the main part of any hamburger could hardly be noticed.. overall it was an ok experience however I don't think I'll go back.

Their chicken wing is so gooooood. I had the BBQ sauce one and it is really good and cheap. Their ranch dressing is also very good and special. But I wished they could have some fries could be ordered with wings
