Absolutely loved this cute little coffee shop located about 5 miles outside of Silver Lake, Kansas in a little town known as Rossville. The vibe was awesome, the business owner was so nice and my campfire latte was absolutely delicious. Aside from the latte, they have homemade soy candles made by a local business owner for sale that smell wonderful and rad stickers for purchase! I highly recommend this place. It will not disappoint you! I will definitely be back! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped at Grounded on our way home from Manhattan because we’d heard great things. In our conversation I divulged that we spent a night away from our son, because my husband had just returned from deployment. The owner thanked us for our service, and said the coffee’s were on her. It brought me to tears. The kindest gesture, and certainly one I was not expecting. Their reputation suites them. They have forever customers anytime we’re in the area! Thank YOU!!
Pretty much the best actual coffee (black, no cream, no sugar) I've had in the area (Saint Mary's, Topeka, Manhattan, Wamego).

I’d gone to this place with my dad on our road trip after reading about how they have the “best coffee in small town America!” and “favorite coffee spot in 100 miles. Better than anything in Manhattan, Kansas City, or anywhere else nearby”. After the kind and charming owner had allowed us in (I had misread the menu and thought they *opened* at 11:30, rather than *closed* — please go during open hours *face palm* lol), she was so sweet and was willing to make us drinks and reopen shop. Again, go when they’re open, but just the fact that she did this meant a lot to us. We’d driven 20 minutes or so extra to get here and it was of course well worth it on our end. The owner really has it down and knows what she’s doing. Not only does she seem like a truly amazing person, but she definitely knows how to make coffee! Prices are reasonable and the menu is crafted well. She has specialty lattes, regular coffees, teas, and some others with a few snack options. Thank you so much for your kindness and great coffee. With love, X
Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It has classic coffee as well as some special creations made by the owner. I tired the Breck and it was delicious. There are many more to try.
