This was the worst excuse for a decorated cookie cake I’ve seen in a while. I can’t believe I paid $40 for such a poor decoration job. Looks like it took them 2 minutes. I asked for scrubs , pants and a top, and maybe some polka dots. And if they couldn’t do that, do some fall colors and pumpkins. I also asked for white undertone on the letters like they often do. Don’t trust their pretty designs in the glass on display- false advertisement. Now instead of delivering this to the birthday girl, I’ve got to go to hobby lobby and see what I can do to make it look better because I am embarrass to give it like this. Girl was rude on phone and on person. Not happy

Definitely get the hype! Kinda pricey for some cookies honestly, but they’re the size of my hand and really really good. They only have like 6 different kinds that they change out every so office. If you’re in a wheelchair or large walker or anything you probably will have a hard time getting around in there because the front space is really small.

The worst place ever! Do not do business with them! I ordered a decorated cookie and when I went to pick it up they didn’t have it! Even tho I gave them 4 hours in advance to have it done. So I just got a plain cookie cake with no happy birthday or decorations on it and they said it was the same price as a decorated one! I will never go back there again! My granddaughter will be disappointed since nothing on cookie! Thanks for nothing great American cookies! 😡

I was super excited to take my niece … but honestly y’all it’s expensive mediocre cookies. There are way better options in town. Go if you want the experience but don’t expect to have your mind blown by amazing cookies.

If I could give negative I would the manger is rude and disrespectful. I got there to pick up a delivery order for a customer and she going say what do you want. I infrom her why I’m there then she going to say well we don’t have a order. I try to tell her she needs to refresh the tablet or I can give her the order and she walks off. So I got into line to just place it myself. She then going to say I just got it even tho it had been sent to her 15 mins before me getting there. Then just rudely gives it to another employee to hand to me

Very rude treatment over asking for cookies that looked less burnt. I have never been told I couldn’t pick different cookies because of a order they had to go in. Take them off display if I can’t pick the cookies I want to pay my money on!

Just a warning. If they don’t have cookies they refuse to bake more. Came at 4:30 & was told the 10 for $10.99 wasn’t enough for them to bake more. They were out of both sugar & chocolate chip... It’s a cookie store in a high traffic mall that doesn’t close until 7pm. Bad customer service. The cashier and co-worker laughed and shrugged while cleaning up as I called my husband to inform him. I was going to get the 10 for 10.99 from the small selection that was left but no one came back to help me.

This place has gotten to be so bad as far as service goes. I went in to get a double doozie made and the girl said the icing station was already closed. This was 2 1/2 hours prior to closing. She just shrugged her shoulders and said next. Didn't bother asking if I wanted anything else or not. What happened to good customer service?
