Bailey helped me so much- Door Dash had messed up my order and she fixed it fast and kindly. I'm so very appreciative of her and how helpful and sweet she was!!! Cannot say enough good things! Ordered this cake for a coworker leaving us to go to dayshift. I ordered and picked up the same day. Grabbed some delicious soft pretzel bites when I got there. VERY friendly service. Offered to help carry things to my car.

Tried calling several times with phone being busy. Name was misspelled on cookie cake. When asked how to rectify, I was left on hold over 3 minutes once and over a minutes the 2nd time. Only to get back on the phone and say they would change the name but that's all they could do. When she checked the ticket, my daughter's name was misspelled on the ticket. They misspelled "Riley." I was already at the party and the manager said she was not able to offer a free cookie or anything. Ugh!!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered a birthday cake. I'm glad this place wasn't shut down like everyone kept telling me. They were fast and prompt with my order. Will be ordering another birthday cake from them next year.

Excellent customer service and our cookie was delicious. Even more importantly, I was a walk in and waited less than 10min for a birthday cookie cake personalized for a last minute delivery! Highly recommend!
