I live out of town and wanted a cookie cake for my son's 18th birthday. Trying to make it special since he's away from home for the first time. I called and spoke with someone about having it made and picking it up when I was in town. Placed the order online and paid for it, but there was no cookie cake when I arrived and no record of the order. I received a refund and then bought all the cookie slices they had ready to try to compensate (which cost more than a full cookie cake would have cost). It was frustrating and disappointing. Not sure I would risk ordering from them again without calling to confirm they receive my order.

I actually ordered a cookie cake through door dash as a surprise for my college kid. It took about an hour to arrive, but he said it was still a little warm and obviously just baked. The design was really cute. He and his roommates said it was really delicious!

Ordered a cookie cake, when I went to pick it up they said they never got the order and that their orders had been messing up all day. I was then told I would be refunded and that the manager would call me the next day. I ordered the cake Wednesday, to be picked up Thursday and it is now Monday. I am now waiting for the store to open so that I can call them and get my money back.

I ordered a cookie cake to be ready by 12:30/1 today and when I went to go get my cookie cake they were closed. The girl I spoke with on the phone when ordering and designing it said nothing about them being close on Saturday, and the sign in the window states they should be open today 12-10pm. I have since tried calling 16 times just to make sure no one was there. I am now without a cake for a birthday celebration and absolutely do not recommend the stillwater Marble Slab/Great American Cookie location.

I ordered a super cute cookie design online and when I got my cookie it was just writing. NOT AT ALL what I wanted or what I ordered. Just a plain cookie with plain writing, no design, no picture, I am incredibly disappointed and a bit embarrassed to have this cookie at the going away party. What is the point of ordering online if they don’t follow through on what you order??

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Unfortunately they were short staffed but went above and beyond on the afternoon of 5/5/23 to make up for the wait. Amazing customer service!
