Thai red milk tea is good and even chocolate milk tea. Although, some boba are half cooked. The first impression when my relatives and I came inside is that the interior and ambiance is not inviting and appealing. Need more comfy chairs for customers who wanted to hangout inside. Customer service is okay. The Teatime at Webster is still the best boba shop so far in this area. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Had autumn rain peach and melon tea with lychee pearls and coco taro with mango pearl. The tea itself was very good and those lychee pearls were so good and delicious. It was a perfect summer drink, refreshing cold and fruity. I have tried coco taro shake before and this one was very good. Staff's were nice had a great experience over here.

Every Sunday my wife and I enjoy a drink from here. The guy taking orders recognizes me and already knows what I want. That pretty good seeing as I go there once a week and he must interact with 1000's of customers between visits. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quick dining. Orders are always correct. We like that we can order on clover and pick up very quickly. Driving to Scarsdale for my boba. This was not it . We ordered 5 different ones and the only semi good one was the coconut milk tea.
