Wonderful food and nice service. The menu changes daily and the sea-food is freshly prepared each morning. The fried and grilled kalamari are very good. They had gluten-free options on the menu (fish or meat). The menu consists of about 10 options but those dishes are really well prepared so you wont be disappointed.

simply amazing! amazing little place with clean, modern rustic decor that cooks up amazing dishes at an amazing price! we had to drop off our rental car in koper, and was still early to catch our bus. so we decided to find a place for a quick and simple lunch as we had only about 40 min to spare. we accidentally discovered Gostilna because their outside seating area attracted me. it was a scorching hot day yesterday and they have a/c inside. we ordered two different dishes of squid - fried and grilled. and we were also served big glasses of ice water which, along with indoor a/c, is a hard find in our hometown trieste (triestini are very set in their own way). for €10 each, i did not expect much and thought it would probably just be appetizer sizes. but i was wrong, they came out quickly and were delicious. i felt properly decadent having such fine lunch!they also have wifi! the whole experience is a rare gem! i would go back to koper just to eat at this restaurant again!
Very good restaurant in the city center/pedestrian zone. Not too big, not too small, just the right size. Interior has vintage design and the food is prepared old fashioned way like our grandma did it. Tables are covered with old recipie book pages, interedting reading while waiting for a food 😄 Homemade pasta with meatballs - excellent. Try it together with red wine 'refosko' and take a homemade cake for a dessert to finish a meal. You won't regret it.
Very good local food in a nice street full of nice venetian architecture. The staff is very nice and food choice changes daily. All very fresh, local, made with good cooking skills.

Wonderful restaurant in the old Town with a smallish, changing menu. Offerings for all tastes. We ate the sea bass with chard potatoes so quickly there was no picture😁 but the oreo cheesecake was very good! English/Slovene menu. Friendly staff. Indoor/outdoor seating.
We visited the place a couple times and food was always excellent. I had pasta with truffles first time and burger second, both highly recommendable. They also have a selection of local craft beers. Service is not the quickest, but welcoming and friendly. Prices quite reasonable. Menu in English available
