The service was pretty good. They were very friendly and help us choose what we wanted. Also patience with us. They told of ahead of time what was out and what was gonna take a minute and I very much appreciated that. They had a lot of online orders when we came in but still made sure to check in and keep up with our orders as well. The atmosphere is great. It has such a chill vibe with great music and very clean space. I got the bubble waffles which were nice and hot when served. They were also nice and soft. With a bit of crunch. I got the matcha strawberry latte. It was so good! Overall really enjoyed everything.

I had their most popular tea, I am not sure which it was because the staff assisted me with my selection,unsweetened with lychee and white pearls iced. It was good.

So disappointed! I ordered 4 drinks, 2 pearl milk teas, 1 black milk tea with no pearl, and 1 creme Brulee brown sugar milk tea. 3 of the drinks tasted okay, still on the sweet side, even though I asked for 70% sweetness for all of my drinks. But the main problem was the black milk tea that I ordered. The black milk tea was just milk. I paid $6 for a cup of milk that had no tea and no sugar, for this drink I had also asked for 70% sugar. I was looking forward to trying this place, but I ended up paying $28 for subpar drinks.
I really enjoyed my Large Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea & Milk Foam Iced. Might be the best flavored boba I’ve had and we’ve tried a good variety of locations. I love the addition of the sea salt on top with the sweet boba flavoring.

Worst boba experience ever. Waited 30 minutes for Boba stat tasted like chemicals. Worst of all waited longer for bubble waffles that I paid for but then told me they’re waffle maker, broke and processed a phony refund that didn’t show up!! Will NOT be back
