I like how clean everything and everywhere you looked was. If you didn’t want to wait in line there was a self service kiosk. The drinks were good. My daughter recommended using brown sugar and it was sweet, just the way I like it.

lots and lots of tea drinks to pick from. I think they also have a limited amount of dessert. It was very busy when I was there today on a wednesday in the middle of the day. You can order online or at the counter or at a kiosk in the actual store. You can customize your ice and sweetness amount and things like that. Each drink comes with a sealed on lid. I go to Gong cha very frequently as I work in the same shopping center !! Everyone there is super friendly, they always get my drinks perfect, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The egg waffles, while a bit expensive, are totally worth it and taste amazing for a special treat. The menu is super overwhelming. Especially for someone with a disability. But once you find something you like, it is great. Employees are friendly. My Strawberry Milk Foam Black Tea with Pearls is great. It's scary ordering new stuff for me though. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

This location is very nice with options to order via kiosk or with cashier. Very clean, music not load nor obnoxious, staff is attentive and very patient (at the least the gentlemen who took my order was), and courteous. Answered all my questions with ease. Im here right now, everything taste fine. I just witness an encounter with another customer (who was not rude whatsoever) who ever the manger is on duty had an issue with remaking his drink and was really nasty (slamming stuff) and said “no rush” like make his drink slow..it’s not even busy in here for all the extra attitude. I was almost every evening customer ordering to go for my family. Last time Asian girl made our tea with absolutely no desire to do so. I ordered mango marble green tea, she was so rushing that she didn't even put mango puree on the side of the cup, Plus her attitude 😡Never coming here ever again!

So yummy and flavorful Earl Grey Milk tea with pearl. I just loved it. My favorite new place to enjoy a warm cozy seat on a cold winter afternoon. Great staff. They know what they are doing.

This place SUCKS! The person making my drink had no idea what he was doing. In the time it took to for the lady to make 9 drinks HE STILL HASNT MADE ONE! Waiting 27 mins for 1 drink is absolutely ridiculous & this is my second time trying this place! Both times I’ve walked out without a drink! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
