July 2022: First time here...excellent service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 You can enjoy unlimited meat and sides for only P549.00. Meat is fresh but lettuce leaves are a bit small. Aside from the restaurant, there is a small store by the entrance. You can buy assorted Melona ice cream and other Korean products. Highly recommended 😊 Mar 2023: It's our 5th time here and they are consistently serving great meat selections and side dishes. And service is exceptional! Keep it up! Btw, they only accept cash and GCASH payments. Jun 2023: They increased the price of the unli meat and sides to P599 per pax good for 2 hrs. But portion size became smaller. They still accept Cash or GCash payments only ☹️ Dec 2023: This is still our fave Korean BBQ place. Meat is really fresh and servers are very friendly. Jan 2023: Every time I crave for Samgyupsal, I always go here. Service is fast and the meat is fresh, not frozen. I guess everyone know what to expect from a korean barbecue restaurant. Maybe I was full or not so hungry when I visited coz I find everything as nothing unusual except for the pickled radish. As enticing as its pink color, its taste is better than what I tasted before. I normally don't like radish because of its smell, but this time, I feel it's rhe best food I've eaten when I visited rhis restaurant. This place is good for birthdays. And also for quick lunch get together of offic colleagues nearby. You can have coffee at starbucks accross the street after you have taken advantage of the unlimited barbecue. Gyumi is not your ordinary samgupsal restaurant. First it is obly 549php it offers various and wide selection for both pork and beef choices. From beef samgyup yo pork samgyup to bomgogi, herb samfupsal beef and pork galbi wine samgyip, spicy samgyip spicy and adobo chicken and many more. First time at this branch. Will not be visiting again. Cons: waiting time; menu is misleading; staff is unapproachable Pros: open until 2am; cleaner than the Timog branch Arrived at the entrance at 9:45PM. They told us to wait to be seated. Took the staff 15-20 minutes to seat us when there were only 2-3 groups of customers inside (out of 20ish tables). Not sure why they had to do that. No explanation was given. Menu is misleading. You can only order the beef and pork enoki once, according to the staff, but nothing about that "policy" is on their menu or their social media. I would have expected it to be stated in the menu considering that "beef galbisal (1 serving per customer)" was explicitly on it. For how slow the service was, laging nagmamadali staff nila, parang may pupuntahan sila? Parang inip na inip sila kapag nagoorder ka or nagfollow up ka ng item. Iquequestion ka pa when you ask for service water aside from the juice/iced tea included in their unli. Although there was one server that was quick with his service, parang nagmamadali din s'ya at inip na inip at istorbo kami kapag nagoorder. Not all of waiters are wearing nametags so, they're unidentifiable. I asked for two extra cups for our table considering that we had juice and water and the waiter asked us, "para saan?" It was such a weird question to ask. We were out of this restaurant by 10:50PM. Our shortest stay at an unli kbbq place. Such an unpleasant time. Will not come back. A bit disappointed how unorganized the staff is. I suggest that instead of all the waiters bumping into each other, each waiter should be assigned a specific area. The tables to be served should be equally distributed among all the waiters so that service can be more efficient. The buzzer is useless as waiters roam around and customers just request their orders to whoever was near them. I was almost done eating when the spoon I requested was given to me. We had a great time. The staff are very courteous and attentive to the customers and even asked us if ever we need something before we even asked for anything, they readily refill all side dishes whenever they see that it's about to get empty and change the hot plate used for grilling. It has a really nice ambience and we enjoy listening BTS songs in the background. Everything tasted great.

The food was just OK...we could have had a great dining experience as it was our first time trying this establishment but was dissapointed. The staff were either understaffed or inattentive coz even if you press the 'call' button, they ignore you. We asked for water and was given a pitcher without glasses. Trying to be patient and waited for the water glasses to arrive but they totally forgot. In their busyness they may have forgotten how to truly serve customers. Will not go back.

The food was great! Meat choices are good too. Staff were attentive and helpful to all the customers' needs. They even have a small K-Mart inside the resto where you can also get yummy desserts!
