Flatwoods Giovanni's has gone down hill over the years. We had stopped eating because their food didn't taste as amazing as it used to. We decided to stop in for the buffet last week and it was awful. None of the pizza was done, very doughy and cheese barely melted. We also enjoy sauce on our pizza and there was barely any there. The sub sandwiches are no longer soft and garlicky. They're hard and pretty dry. We used to eat here at least once a week and we just had to stop. Ordered boneless wings and garlic bread with cheese. The breading on the wings was soggy and chicken was full of fat. As someone else mentioned, the bread was doughy and the cheese was barely melted with a plastic taste. My husband had a sandwich and it was just so so.
